Best rooms are on the 3rd floor of the hotel. From the middle to right the view is gorgeous. Buy/hire a fan as there's no air conditioning.

Magalluf itself has been greatly improved since they took the PRs off the streets, so you don't get hassled to go into bars with free shots etc..
Our fourth visit to Magalluf, and although we have a young family we still love the lively atmosphere, and given that we're back in the hotel by 11pm - which is probably when the usual Magalluf holidaymakers are going out - we probably miss out on the most lively part of it. That suits us fine!!

we stayed in magullf which was great we went to the bars which were more for the family like the roundabout the greenparrot and clems where u feel like u are part of the family

I went to Magalluf. I loved it. The entertainment is brilliant! And you always feel safe in teh resort and everywhere is very clean. I really enjoy coming to Magakkuf there are a great range of shops & bars. The beach is very lively & pretty. I had such fun again!

A bit like blackpool or skegness of the med but i liked it. There is a pizza hut, subway and macdonalds but we didnt go all that way to eat take away. Make sure you eat at tom browns and have the sea food pella. Also woodys and the cottage do wicked food. Make sure you vist the moon bar for a big english brekkie. Come out of the tropico and its 1st on the left. Also if not in the hotel bar then benny hills is a must for the kids and for the adults cocktails.
The beach was lovely and clean and not to busy to say it was june.
Make sure you try the western water park its much better then aqualand also do palma sealife center. Although they was lovely and helpful booking tickets just dont depend on the thomson reps to get you there gave us wrong dircetions.
Also do the house of katmandu but i would say its not good for under 7s cause its really freaky and there is some freaky monsters and beasts in there.
All in all i would go back to magaluf and the tropico in a flash

The resort itself wasn't as much a mess as expected. Pretty clean in all the areas we seen while there.
Entertainment is good and there is a massive choice of bars or clubs to enjoy. There's something there for everyone to enjoy and have a good time.
The beach is lovely although I can't really comment any further as we didn't spend much of our time there. We are returning to Magaluf and the same hotel again in September/October.

Magaluf beach is beautiful in the day and at night, the nightlife is ace and theres so many things to do 24 hours a day

The resort is really nice. Plenty to do, something for everyone. It is a clean place and there is alot of entertainment all around. The beach is nice too & most of the water is clear if you have a walk up the beach front.The pirates is a must, it's excellent and well worth the money. Also a trip to the Western Waterpark & The marineland is a good day out too. We all had a really good time there. Infact some of our party went twice!! There are some little rides & some trampolines too around Magalluf, which is ace for the little ones. We will defo be visiting again and it will be our 3rd time here. Roll on 2009.

Loved Magaluf, just a shame about what happened with the hotel. Would love to go again, but obviously to a different hotel.

Magaluff is the best, Best night clubs eva!! i would reccomend you get an MCP (MAGALUFF CLUB PASS) you get them off youre reps and they save u alot of money you get Piarates,waterpark,Bcm Foam party, waterparty, Strippers, and loads more boss night outs for like 209 euros oh and u get a night club pass to get into all the best clubs on the strip such as boomerangs,bannans,bonkers,office ect.
