Girona is a beautiful city with tiny, narrow, cobbled streets and tall buildings. You can visit the Cathedral, €5 or free on a Sunday. Nearby are the Arab Baths, €2. There is a Noddy train which takes about 35 mins and is €4.

There are loads of restaurants and cafes, most with a menu del dia at €10-16 which includes bread and either wine or water.

We absolutely loved Girona and hope to visit again.
