Before we booked this holiday i read in great detail the explanations of the hotel. I was under the impression that we were meant to have a private beach, all use of pedilo boats were free. we soon found this not to be the case amongst other things.

when we arrived at hotel aziza it looked amazing. We arrived at 11.30pm after travelling all day. we had a 5 year old and a 3 year old and had to go and exchange money from the hotel across the road to get bottled water they do not supply you with this on arrival.
the first week was brilliant but the second week was awful. i was on th fourth floor and there was a very severe bug going around amongst adults and children. I feel very ill and so did my 2 young children. The staff were not very helpful with the situation. i had to wait 2 nights to get pillows as my children had been sick on them, it looked clan but i was in the room on day when the cleaner came in. She uses the same cloth for every room and did not have separate cloths for kitchen, toilet, balcony etc. the floor was not swept just mopped. we had to call a doctor for one of our children as thy were very bad. i feel staff could have been a lot more helpful. our rep had to get involved as we put out of our room at 12pm. We were not being collected till 11pm. We had 2 sick children plus myself but they would not let us use our room so we had to sit in reception where my son was sick all over the place and over people. still they would not give us a room. luckily our rep had sen everything and demanded we get a room ASAP and we were not charged for it.

Private beach non existent it is 5 minute walk across th road and locals and hagglers are allowed to use it. pedalo boats meant to be free so not true the life guards say different prices, we were told 7 then 15 then 35 dinar to use the pedalos felt very let down.
only 2 nights out of 7 with entertainment th rest of the wk it is bingo not good night entertainment.
location far out from everything.

This hotel is the sister hotel to the Aziza Thalasotherapy Golf which is just over the road from the Residence.

We arrived and checked in without any problems, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day and the general hotel is spotless.

Two large pools and one kiddie pool patrolled by lifeguard. Plenty of sun loungers. A small bar area and Minimarket. Although this hotel is self catering there is now a resturant just up from and is now part of the hotel.

The food is good, reasonably priced and can be ordered from the bar or even down on the beach. Once the bar closes in the evening its just a short walk across the road to the golf hotel show your card at the gate and the bar closes about 2ish.

During the day you get to the beach by using the walkway at the side of the Golf(dont forget your pass card). Pedalos are free and the Lifeguard will sort you out a sunbed and Parasol which are also free.

There is a shop on the beach were you can get water ice creams and order sandwitches and pizzas. All in all a very good hotel.. Enjoy

We arrived at 4 am & sat on our balcony for an hour with a cold beer, it was bliss

Studio was spacious with seating/dining are set apart from sleeping area. Cleaning lady worked very hard visiting everyday & changing towels daily-gave 25 dinar tip over 2weeks she was so good!

Pool area was nice but I had to give pool boy money for sunshade on a couple of days he said they had all gone- beach was great warm clear water free beds & shades & a little bar for cold drinks ice cream etc.

Near aziza a couple of good restaurants Marco polo was very good but we usually went around medina area for more choice. It gets very busy with holiday makers and locals
we only found 2-3 bars Irish bar being the best but they are a 6-7 dinar taxi ride away - not really the place for buzzing nightlife enjoyed our holiday!!!
