Do not get this complex confused with Tsokoss gardens apartment which are not operated by Thompson as we found out on arrival in resort.We were lead to believe by our travel agent that we would be staying at the tsokoss gardens apatments which a member of our party stayed at before.But oh no we were dumped literally by an unescorted coach (the rep left us in protaras town centre).We informed the receptionist that we had been put in the wrong accomodation but she was unable to help us.We decided to stay overnight and sort it in the morning.BIG MISTAKE.
The rooms were filthy we had three rooms between our party.Our room sheets blood stained, smell of urine,floor and surfaces covered in food crumbs etc.Friends room, sheets covered with hair both types!!.Dirty towels generally unclean.Second friends room, Bathroom flooded,Handel fell off bathroom door again filthy dirty.We complained to rep and hotel manager next day, we could be moved into gardens apatments after 3 days.Pool area around sun gardens not enough sun beds.We complained on 2 day that all sun beds had towels on them at midnight,We were informed to reserve ours as well all night as that was the only way of getting a sunbed !!!.Well do as they say our towels were then thrown into the pool during the night by yobs. The drinks and food are very expensive.The entertainment in the hotel is rubbish.They only seem polite to all inclusive guests.
We returned on waht was to be our last night in sun gardens apartments after a night out at around 1am to find the security guard asleep on a sofa in reception.How safe is your money etc in those rickerty saftey deposit boxes in reception???.

I have just returned back from this hotel with my partner and another couple. We stayed half board and thought the food was really nice , they had a different food theme every night from italian, chinese, to local food. The breakfasts were also very nice. The drinks at the hotel are a bit expensive so if we went again we would probably go all inclusive.The hotel was very clean and large, the staff were extremely friendly and smiley. The enternainment from Thomas Cook at the hotel was the best i had seen. They put a lot of hard work in evey night and the kids there loved it.The pool is massive and had plenty of sunbeds you didnt really need to get up early to put towel . we would definatly visit this hotel again.

we stayed in the sun garden apts which is a bit of a distance from protaras centre,there are shops and restraunts nearby if your staying for 1 week you will probably get away with not being fed up,if your staying for two weeks i would say you would need a car which we did and saw most of the island.the rooms were basic but clean no fly splats on walls bedding changed daily and clean towels etc,theres a good fridge freezer for your beers and kids ice creams also a microwave and kettle all very clean.the entertainment is in the hotel next door which we can use which is ok for a night or two.starts at 9pm finishes at 11pm.we had 1 meal in hotel which was very good but dont know what it like rest of nights that why i only give it a 3.

A very well nice presented hotel, I would recommend that you go all inclucive. The hotel was very clean at all times and they always had a different variety of food every night.
The location was good but if you were young and wanted to go clubbing every night it was a bit of a walk when you were drunk!
The hotel staff were good and polite. Could be a bit more friendly and look like they enjoyed us being there.
The entertainment was absolutely fantastic, we went out a few times with them after they had finshed but when they were working they made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. ( but remember they reps change every year)
i would most certainly come back to the hotel. in fact we are coming back in sepetember 2008.

If you are planning a half board stay, stick to it. I learned the hard way. Lazing poolside I couldn't be bothered to travel 300 yards to the nearest restaurant/snack bar to eat lunch and it cost me dear. For example, without my all inclusive wristband, 2 small bottles of pepsi cost me around

The food at the hotel was good, although the menu got a bit boring after the first week. The dining room gets very busy and the tables are squeezed very closely together. Do not leave your plate unattended as the the waiting staff will take it. If you are looking for luxury, you won't find it here. Just a room, a TV with one English channel, a fridge and a phone (

This hotel is the best hotel ever! I miss the entertainers loads. Kylie was my favourite but i loved the others to.

We arrived early evening found the hotel to be clean the rooms where well maintained
And air conditioned. We went all inclusive the food was good and the waiters were on

Down side was the drinks after dinner we would sit outside the waiter would take your order only problem would be ask for a short with coke the waiter would
Bring your drink back mostly full of coke. Thought at first the bar staff made a mistake but it happened every time you ordered a drink a lot of other people also

there singing was not as good .

What a holiday !!!!
Food good ,hotel spot on.
Location very good.
The staff worked hard to please you. Well the entertainmeant was the best Steph, Leigh, Kylie and Rich were brilliant. They worked hard and made sure everyone enjoyed.
Would go back to this hotel again and again!!!

The reviews for the apartments and the hotel ought to be as one because all you do is have an appartment room and use all the Tsokkos Gardens facilities as it is one complex and hotel are almost together.
There is no faulting this holiday, food, cleanliness, location, weather its got the lot.
OK the entertainment is sometimes so bad its brilliant I think people forget these are Thomas Cook reps and not a west end show team, they are all very funny and work there socks off to keep you entertained.
Will be booking again no doubt.
