The only problem was the flies, they are everywhere, other than that it was perfect.

Will definitely be going back next year.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was nice, clean and conveniently positioned near the quieter pool, which was the pool we stayed around for our 2 weeks. George the pool attendant couldn't do enough for us.

The only complaint I would have was that the drinking water around the pool was never cold! The food was nice with a different dish every day and it was always hot. Like most other reviews the flies are the most annoying thing!

The staff are amazing they really us treated well, they even knew our drinks after the 1st day!

There's a free try dive in the pool so people can see if they like it, which I did. Diving in the red sea is amazing. The Bedouin night was great the waiters made sure that my glass was never empty! (Hangover the next day)!

Would def go back. Don't use the phones in the rooms to phone uk it is really expensive!

Had a fantastic time.

Food was really good plenty of variety.

Rooms were absolutely spotless, clean sheets and towels every day, staff couldn't do enough for you.

Pools were cleaned every day, plenty of sun beds and free pool towels.

Only bad thing to say entertainment could be better at night ,having said that we will still be going back next year.

This was our first visted to Egypt.
After reading reviews I had mix feelings about this Hotel.

Before going on I INFORM YOU THAT THIS WAS A CHANGE of Travel Group/hotel at last moment as Thomas Cook let us down three weeks before going.

On arrival at Hotel at 2215hrs was taken to the Dinning Room for a meal as they had kept it open for use. As soon as we satd down we were asked what we wanted to drink.

Ater the meal back to the reception to book in where it was made easy they to pick up case's whih the bell boy puy onn to a type of Golf Car with us in the back taken to room which we found Clean, Tidy and Cool.

This carried on throught out the Holiday.

I have to say as a dieabetic I have to be careful on what I eat I found all the food excllent and when the Waiters knew they could not do a enough for me.

The room was cleaned every day with clen sheet every other day.

The entertainment at night was good and I made friends with the team with in a few days.

If you go out of you way to speak to the staff they will make you very welcome.

All I can say is that YES I would go back again

The AI restaurant had something for everyone including a UK corner & Kiddies corner, we always enjoyed our meal times.

The hotel was kept immaculate by the very hard working staff.

Every member of staff were very attentive & couldn't do enough to help you they were very good with the kids aged 15 & 11 especially the animation team who worked hard to keep us amused in particular Chico, Marco & Andreas.

The hotel try very hard to entertain you but still lack behind other resorts we've been to.

I've read on this site before that the hotel is more like a 3/4 star & i would probably agree but in my experience you get what you pay for & this hotel was very good value for money.

I would definitely visit Sharm & this hotel again.

Kiroseiz is a lovely hotel! From the moment we walked in we were impressed by the marble floors and how welcome the staff make you feel.

We arrived late at night and Mohammad at reception arranged for us to have a late meal in the restaurant while the bell boy brought our cases up to our room.

Unfortunately Travel City had booked a twin bedded room for the three of us but the hotel staff soon sorted it out adding an extra bed in there and making it up for me!

I was well impressed with this - had this been at home there would have been a whole hullabaloo and we'd probably have had to stay elsewhere! This typified the attentiveness of the staff who couldn't do enough for us and definitely used their initiative when they needed to!

I especially loved the way the housekeepers cleaned the rooms daily and left our nightwear and teddy bears in funny positions! Also Yarrick and Tarek the waiters always made sure are glasses were full!

The food in the restaurant was amazing with a buffet on (3 times a day) which featured cuisine from around the world and was delicious! The only criticism I could make is that we were initially unsure about eating the salad stuff as our rep had warned us of the risk of Delhi belly but I have to say we were all fine so perhaps the hotel washes all its fruit and veg in bottled water (if this is the case they should of course inform you of this).

It was easy to get your 5 portions a day in Kiroseiz without even thinking about it! The fruit and veg was really fresh and tasty - especially the watermelon (which I am missing now that I'm home).

The entertainment in the hotel was mediocre though the animation team tried hard throughout the day to keep kids busy! I believe the Bedouin night arranged by the hotel in the desert was good but we didn't go on that one, rather one organised by our rep which was also pretty good!

The hotel had brilliant pools and provided you with fresh beach towels each day! The policy of reallocating unused sun loungers after an hour was a good one as it meant that there were always some free! The hotel was 5 Min's away from Sharm by courtesy bus (which I would definitely recommend over the local taxis as we had a bit of a nightmare in one of them [use either the shuttle bus or the limousine service recommended by the hotel if you want to be sure of getting to your destination]).

My friends and I also enjoyed some very relaxing and extremely good value for money beauty therapies at the health club in the hotel! Be careful though, once you go in there they will try and keep you there for other treatments the rest of the day! Also one of the male masseurs Ahmad is a bit of an opportunist!

All in all though a fab hotel, with loads of amenities and fantastic staff! I would have no hesitation recommending Kiroseiz to others or going back there some day!

We enjoyed our stay here but it is not 5 star. as others have said prob 3/4 star.

There is a good selection of food in the resaurants but the hot food was often just luke warm. Breakfast was the best meal with freshly made waffles and pancakes and all the usual breakfast stuff. I am vegetarian and although I didnt go hungry my choices were quite limited at times. On the first day I asked the chef what was vegetarian. He took me over to the peas and carrots!!!!! They have an annoying habbit of putting meat in lots of things including the rice and even when they dont put meat in the veg it is often cooked in meat stock (as a veggie I can tell). Fortunately I was not too bothered about having hot food and was quite happy with salads. However, they kept putting meat in the salads as well. I was quite annoyed when they put meat in the chick peas and lentils as that is the only way veggies can get protein at some of the meals.

Everywhere was always really clean but our cleaner didint come until after 5pm which I dont think is acceptable.

In the bars and in the restaurant they were always very quick at getting drinks, probably the best service I have had at an AI hotel.

The entertainment wasnt up to much but we were not bothered about that so it didnt matter.

The thing which annoyed me most was the fact that the gym was not AI. I was counting on using the treadmill to keep up my running. They were charging

Wow! Where do I start? On arrival we were upgraded to a suite.

We had fresh linen and towels daily. It was hot hot hot. Two great swimming pools. Food was fab!The only fault I had was that the room was cleaned daily by men with B.O! A free bus ride away is the main part of Sharm - Naama Bay and private beach.

In one pool loud music and entertainment during the day, quiet at the other one, so you can choose. They do a great dance in the pool every day which is graet fun! Andrea, Marco and especially Chico the Animation Team are great..
I went with a group of girls, but other than us it was all couples and families. The Starlight Disco is fun, and there is a cimema on site too.

I would recommend the Kiroseiz to anyone.Security was good, and I felt safe whilst I was there.

If you are unsure of whether to go here, take my advice.... go!!!

We were transfered to the beach bungalows as there was alot of very unruly children running wild with no parental supervision.

The hotel itself was grand, spotlessly clean and the food was always hot with plenty of choice for all, plus you had the live cooking station and barbeque outside.

Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

This resort deserves all of the 5 stars in my opinion. The beach resort was something else, we were treated like royalty and had many a late night AI (unofficial) party till the small hours.

Staff at the beach were amazing and the shuttle bus would ferry us back and forth and drop us off at Naama Bay. The taxi driver at the Beach resort was a great guy, would take you shopping and barter for you, would even buy you a drink!

Loved it and have booked to go back in December, the best holiday we ever experienced and I can highly recommend this place, try to get a beach bungalow if you can, great sea views, a personal service and total peace and quiet day and night, the snorkeling at the beach resort is something else! The beach resort is for couples only so you have the added advantage of no young children around.

Met some great people there and we still keep in touch with the staff from the beach frequently. Amazing place, we both cried when we left and were overcome when the waiters bought us gifts to take home as a reminder of our stay. Wonderful.
