Hey guys! We arrived on wednesday 5th december- just in time for dinner! First thoughts on the hotel were great! Looked gorgeous from outside and even BETTER when we got inside!! The hotel was extremly clean, it always seemed to be gettin cleaned at no matter what time it was!! Midnight and all!! The selection of food wasn't great and wasn't always very hot, but the manager was always very helpfull if u needed anything that was out. Although i wouldn't really say it was catered to british people!! The hotel location was a bit misleading! When we booked it, we thought we would be very close to Namba Bay and other hotels- but that wasnt the case! Although i believe this is an up and coming resort- so watch this space!! Hotel Staff were FAB!!! I have never met such genuine, kind and helpfull bunch of people! These guys work all the hours under the sun! You wake up in the morning and they are there- you go to bed and they are still there! These people MAKE the hotel! They made our holiday very special, and i would like to thank them for all their hard work!!

Staff at hotel and all shops were excellent but the biggest let down was the food and the entertainment. Entertainment consisted of a young rep doing handstands on a chair and a competition with no winner most dissapointed. The all inclusive drinks were very poor with gin,brandy,whiskey and vodka all tasting the same make sure you top up at duty free before you get there. Food was terrible and we all ended up with dodgey tummys and could not go far. It is very cheap to eat out but you must book the bus early or you will have to get taxis to the main centre of the resort. If you spend time round the pool the tattoo man and sand man will bug you as will the rep trying to sell you a steak dinner this is rather tedious after about 5 days as there is no getting across to them you are not interested. We would recomend the aqua park and had a fab day best day of the holiday. Would go to Egypt again but would be much more carefull looking for a hotel. This hotel is geared for the Belgium and not us British even though lots of British go there. George in the restuarant works so hard he is there night and day and will help you if he can. There is no facility to exchange travellers cheques and you have to walk about 20 mins to the next hotel which has a small bank you have to take a photocopy of your passport (the hotel will do this) so i would recomend yuou get a couple of copies before you go. Do not take all cash as our group had 2 thefts from the hotel room and despite reporting to hotel manager he was not interested so beware.

Arrived at The Three Corners Palmyra Resort at approx 6.30pm. The hotel looked pleasant enough, check in was fast and courtious.The staff seemed very friendly and could not do enough for you.The room was very clean and spacious with different towel sculptures daily. The tv was a lot to be desired though, if you like a bit of english programmes then you wont find it here!!.The veiw from the balcony was great.The fridge in the room contained two bottles of water which you have to fill up all the time as you did not get the fridge replenished on your stay, if you lost your bottles you were charged for a new bottle. The air conditioning was good, a bit noisy.
FOOD. The food was ok although very bland sometimes was not hot at all and got to be very repepitive.
HOTEL STAFF. The staff were all friendly and polite they would do anything for you. Around the pool you do get asked for the odd massage and the boat trips but just a firm no will suffice.
ENTERTAINMENT. The animation team are really good, they work hard especially Titto. The entertainment in the evenings was a bit amateurish,but there is nothing else to do. If you book a relaxing holiday this is what you will get.
As i said before that we did not get to the hotel till 6.30 we assumed that our all inclusive would have finished at 6.30 the day we left, but oh no!, as we waited to be picked up to go to the airport at 4.30 we decided to have a final drink with friends the next thing we knew a waiter had been told by the finance manager to charge us for the drinks which he did. Although the waiter was very apologetic he said he had no choice. This incident left us with a very bitter taste in our mouths after what would and could have been a very nice relaxing holiday.The best thing i think we did in Egypt was the quad biking, it was excellent and well worth a go.

I was in two minds whether or not to book this hotel as there were many mixed reviews, i am glad i did as the hotel itself was beautiful, from the moment you walked through the doors you was welcomed with a smile and the staff were very accomodating,the resteraunt was run efficiently and Ahmed Khairy (general Manager)was always pesent incase there were any quieries, myself i had no complaints as there was always a great selection of food to choose from, if you are there whilst celebrating a birthday/anniversary be sure to let the general manager know,
The hotel and pools had a great team of cleaners it was never ending, i was a bit sad as i was one of a few who didnt get the swan/flower/croc ect ect displayed from towels in my room.
If your looking for hustle and bustle and 24/7 partying then i would say not to stop at this hotel i would advise you to stop nearer or in Naama Bay where the nightlife goes on into the early hours as this hotel is about a 20 minute drive away, the animation team in the hotel are good but can be a bit same old same,
i would definatly go back to this hotel as i as a single traveller felt safe at all times and was treated with upmost respect

we had a great holiday at this hotel,the rooms were cleaned every day with a towel arrangement to greet you when you went in.with two children not eveything is to their liking in food but was always asked what they would like [chips,omelet or anythink]nothing was a problem to for them.The staff looked and tryed to please you .entertainment by the group was very friendly and the kids made some great friends ,[titto]is a true showman .we would visit this hotel again,thanks again for a great holiday

Already when we arrived we have been welcomed by the friendly and competent front desk team.
The rooms, all with nice views, enough space and a balcony, always clean and the housekeeping staff is not only polite and helpful, but also real artists - leaving wonderful creations of towel flowers or animals. The bar and restaurant staff - just wonderful - very helpful, always smiling, polite, friendly.
I have to give a big compliment also to the kitchen. All food delicious and I just love the buffet there - enough choice that everybody can find something of their taste but not that overloaded that you do not know where to start or end. Great choice and good quality.
Also the pool boys have to be mentioned as friendly and helpful even though they have been busy all day. And the animation team - Titto, Sascha, Tony - you are the TOP of the TOP. Amusing, motivating (but not pushy), friendly, helpful and fun, fun, fun. A big thank you, also to the management team, everybody has been taking sooo good care of us.

We read many, often bad, reports about this hotel before our holiday so we arrived hoping for the best and fearing the worst. What a waste of time worrying. From the moment we were met at the airport to arriving at the hotel then having our luggage taken to our room it got better all the time.
Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable beds, excellent room steward, free air con, mini fridge(essental to keep your water cool).
The pool although freezing (seems to be very common in Egypt) we cleaned every day, the gardens were tended constantly and all the main areas were clean comfortable and very attractive.
The staff including the entertainment team were 1st rate always very polite and always with a friendly approach.
The food was plentiful but somewhat different to what we were used to having said that we never went hungry it would have been impossible to do so.
The beach that the hotel uses is on the small size it is far better to use the hotel mini bus and pay the 2 euros and go to Sharks Bay, much better beach, better snorkelling, much better for children and there are a few very cheap shops there both for something to eat and to buy bits and pieces.
All in all we had an excellent time must say hello to everyone we met hope your Christmas went well.

Three Corners Palmyra Resort.
What a holiday from HELL !
We arrived on 24/09, one of our parties suitcases did not arrive until next day from Cardiff Airport as they have weight issue's and 45 people did not get their luggage until Monday evening and they had to go and collect it themselves @ their cost from Sharm Airport as it was sent via Gatwick on the flight on Monday. First night there we were broken into, Camera, sunglassses, clothes stolen, no forced entry so inside job but the hotel was not having it and we were forced into saying we had lost it or we were told we would have to go to Police station everyday 100km away !
Food was rubbish and hardly cooked properly, go up to Namma Bay they have KFC, McDonalds and Hard Rock Cafe at least you will get something half decent there!
We started to enjoy our holiday and then the last night, broken into again! Clothes were ripped up etc, again no forced entry we were again told it could not be staff, but who else has a key! We had to sleep with Security outside our room all night and they were placed there until we left @ 4.15pm on the 01/10. Be very weary of the Massage people and the shop people that befriend you as we are 100% it was one of the Massage people doing this as my friend knocked him back, he has now been sacked from the hotel! Then to top it off we arrived back into Cardiff on 01/10 around 11.30pm to be told 100 people would not get their suitcases and yes none of us got ours, we hopefully get them on Tuesday/Wednesday if lucky coming via Gatwick again.
Stay away from this hotel if you have any sense.

Food variation was plentiful with the meat and fish dishes wondering what to eat. The kids were not so impressed but still had enough to keep them happy.
Room service could not be faulted cleanliness overall was excellent. Flies did tend to be quite annoying at times and that's the only thing we found to be a real problem.
Entertainment staff were friendly, hotel staff always there to help and the spa treatments good value for money.
The shuttle bus took us to the beach which was restricted but still enjoyable, again the staff, soft drinks and basic food was very good.
