Hotel cleanliness...Clean in all areas of the hotel. Bedroom was o.k. beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was small & shower was not adjustable. (Head direction of shower).
Hotel food...the food was awful, good job that I was not all inclusive. A bottle of house wine was 10 euros, I found same bottle at local supermarket for 3 euros. Only found that two different meals were on offer per night. We went into hersonissos after that. Only 2 evening meals eaten at hotel.
Hotel location....between Hersonissos & Stallis, both great towns to visit.
Hotel staff...well what can I say. I found that they were not helpful at all. Not being all inclusive I had to buy my drinks which were a promblem, they did not want my euros. It took 20 mins one day that what it seemed like. They preferred the Germans, which the hotel was full of. The staff would even speak to you at any time of day, unless you spoke first.
Entertainment...well, how can I judge that, when they were none...no Greek night, BBQ or happy hour as stated in Olympic book. I was told by another guest that there had been no entertainment for at least two weeks before.
Sorry I would not visit the hotel again, but I would visit Crete again.

I really liked these apartments except for the staff. The guy at reception was really ignorant and quite sleazy.
The pool was lovely and kept really clean by the lovely cleaner! We had some fun with the people we met there hi to Shay, Martina, Debbie and Emma! We ate here once but it wasn't very pleasant and there was flies swarming around our drinks!
We walked down to Hersonissos every night but it was a killer walking back during the day as it was 20 minutes uphill in the sun.
The entertainment was non-existent except for the cds they played in the bar which was right next to our room. If I ever hear kelis trick me again I swear!
I might return here again but id prefer somewhere more convenient to the town!
