No air conditioning, although we were promised it by First Choice. Nice rooms, big and clean. Some have sea view - not on bottom floor and some are on the sides.
Very quiet location. Up a steep hill - its not that bad tho, if you are fairly fit its fine - makes you feel fit! Probably about 10 min walk from beach, 5 mins from many shops and restaurants. Good cleaning service.

We were please to find that the studio was large than we expected. It also had a proper enclosed shower, which had hot water any time of the day.
The studio was cleaned on a regualr basis and the maid noticed such details as we needed extra pillows, they were left without us asking.
Nice to have overhead fans in the rooms.
One suggestion that a small swimming pool would have been nice to cool down after the uphill trek from the beach.
