This is meant to be a super family resort, the staff were great worked really hard, especially the kid

This was our first visit to Gran Canaria, and it certainly will not be our last.
This was the best holiday we have had by far. Everyone was so friendly and nice.
The apartments were very clean. The apartment block outside was also very clean and the pool was cleaned daily very thoroughly.
All three children enjoyed all the games organised by the reps.
We enjoyed this holiday so much, we have already booked again for next year.
So watch out Neil, RADAR will BE BACK !!!!.

A fantastic, friendly place to stay.The rooms were kept nice and clean and tidy!The bar staff were really friendly and work their socks off to do right by you.We take our hat off to them.The food from the bar side was great all of us enjoyed every meal we bought and that was 12 nights out of our 14.Our kids were made to feel special by the staff and made a particular effort on our daughters 8th birthday and then our sons 3rd birthday!Even the cleaners wouldnt pass by without an OLLA!! The kids reps seem to have all the time in the world for the kids, and nothing was ever too much for them.Vicky and Neil were stars and our youngest eddie(MONKEYBOY) would not leave their side, both lovely people who made our holiday the fun time that it was. Our two older children loved karaoke and the kids disco,and dare we miss it or even mention going out somewhere else!!!!Amarillo is now what we sleep and breath!We recommend any family looking for just the best of everything to visit the eden.Thankyou stretch,Vicky and Neil for eveything x x x x

Eden aprtments are fantastic for familys, a bit hilly but a taxi only costs a couple of euros to go to the commercial centre. the apartments were very clean with the maids in everyday. The entertainment was brilliant for the kids as well as the adults, you didn't really need to go anywhere else, but if you did the Europa Centre was a 5 min walk away with pubs, restaurants and shops.

We have just returned for the Eden Apartments after the best holiday the whole family have ever had!!
The whole entertainment were fantastic. We have all become proper bingo addicts and will never be able to listen to Tony Christie's AMIRILO again without thinking of the Eden. The poolside quizzes were great and DJ Stretchs outfit for the aerobics in the pool was the funniest thing I have seen in a longtime!!! My youngest son who is 3 loved the Drop-in that was of an afternoon with the reps and asked everyday if he could go to "holiday school!!!" My other son loved the kareoke and got up to sing nearly everynight(Rock DJ is another song that will always remind me of the Eden).
I would recommend the Eden Apartment to any family wishing to go abroad, the food is great and really good value for money, the apartments are cleaned everyday and there is something for everyone. I will certainly be going on another Thomson Superfamily holiday again.

Eden appartments were lovely,clean and well worth a visit. The only down side was it is at the top of the hill but the taxi ride is only three euros.
Absolutley red hot pool lovely and clean thanks to the guy who cleaned it at 7.30am right outside my room !!!.
Apartments well equipted bathroom leave alot to be desired and we found a couple of cockroaches.
Dont get roped into going to anfi del mar time share place with the promise of free gifts ,they dont turn up and the promise you can use all the facilities after you have been shown round for 4 hour as we were you just want to go home for a shower.

Just got back from the Eden hotel on the 13/08/2004, and what a great 2 weeks.
First time there but not the last, we are hopefully going to book up again for next year.
The Entertainment was brilliant (not to sure about the Madonna tribute to loud and not very good)Neil and Vicky are both excellent, Loved all the water games. The happy hour and the bingo are a must the prizes are very hight my newphew won 135.00 Euros about 90 quid,you must buy the cd,s the mix one and the kids one good to listen to when you get home.
The Reps are wonderful (I have been to other Thomson hotels where you do not see or hear from there reps.
Definetly a place for the family everyone is catered for. The bar staff are brilliant very friendly. The only problem I had and a few others is an ear infection which we think come from the pool.

We went to the eden from the 10 june till the 24'04, it was my 1st time in gran canaria and i can honestly say it was one of the best holidays ive ever had! My partner and my children loved it just as much as me, the eden is great, loads of entertainment on every night for every age and type, loads to do for the kids and the kids clubs are great, the girls there are very good my girls loved them, aged 6 and 3. I would definatly go back to the eden, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean but not very big, not much cupboard space but apart from that their very well equipped. Everyone there are really friendly i was very impressed with the eden. the reps are great to always around and really easy to get hold off if u needed them! thers loads to do and see great water parks, good food, the bar food at the eden was good to very cheap only 3.20 euros for a full english breakfast. A taxi into the puerto rico centre only cost 2.90euros its great.(wish i was still there) anyway thanks to the kids reps and all the staff at the eden for helping make it a great holiday, hope to see u again soon!!:) from greg,tracy,sian and sophie x

I went to the Eden apartments last June.
The apartments were very basic and the entertainment was awful. Good craic during the day with the dj playing music around the pool.

We have just returned from the Eden after a two week stay. This was our Ninth visit to the Eden. We were greeted by the familiar faces of the bar staff who made a big fuss of the kids and us and throughout the stay went to great lengths to help us enjoy ourselves. The evening entertainment (the acts) were brilliant (even though we had seen them on many occassions) but the one very big draw back was the so called D.J Stretch. He has to be the most arrogant man in the Canary Islands, He was often rude, always stuck to certain groups (ie single women and good Karoke singers) would strutt around as though everyone had gone to Gran Canaria just to see him.
He was very successful at ordering his new female assistant Vicky V around and would blame her for any problems that happened and the poor girl would just accept it.
We will not be booking another holiday at the Eden until such times as this boy trying to do a mans job is removed from the Eden and preferably the planet.
P.s
The other staff from the gardener to the top people at the Eden were absolutly fantastic and as soon as the little problem of the boy d.j is resolved we will be back.
He was very successful at ordering his new female assistant Vicky V around and would blame her for any problems that happened and the poor girl would just accept it.
