These apartments have recently had renovations on the bathrooms. Ventilation or aircon would be an advantage. The kitchen cupboards need to be changed next. We had a large fridge in our room old be heh! was working. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with kettle and toaster. The beds were comfy and clean as was the whole complex.
Maids excellent and reception, 24hrs. Used the courtesy room (studio with 2 showers, booking system on reception brilliant.)
Location good, a little noisy from road but after a few days didn't notice it.
Good views from apartments above 3rd floor over harbour and resort. Steps down over the bridge to the beach and harbour are staggered but can be a push in the heat if you

i was disapointed at first at the apartments but i think i was just tired because when i had had a sleep i didnt mint staying there. the pool was nice and the food was lovely- so was the rep who was a big help.
i met some friendly people there who agree with what i say and we might come back next year because we had a good time!

Hotel nice view, but not cleaned very well.Furniture old and needs to be brought up to date.Restaurant was never open, floor around pool very slippery and I fell down the steps.

We didn't really like it as it was too far away from things we thought, but we moan about lots of things.
We wouldn't go back there but we would go back to the country maybe in many many many years to come.

We stayed in a self catering apartment with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The rooms were large in our apartment compared with a few we saw during our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was a trek up the stairs but ok going down. There was no entertainment at the hotel. The restuarant was very nice and the staff also had the francise for the pool bar so they got to know you very well.
Especially if you spent your time swimming. The pool was adequate and the food at the pool bar was ok nothing to complain about. The staff came in to clean our apartment 4 times in the one week we stayed there.

Satying at the Haiti was great, it is comfortable, clean and staff are very friendly. Basic but this isnt you home you brought with you. Haiti makes a relaxed atmosphere to stay. Staff were really helpful and pleasent. Apartments are spotless and the cleaners come every other day. Good choice. The location is good but still up a short hill.

The hotel is in a great location and all have a great view of the harbour all the staff are really helpful and mad as hatters the pool is not that big but very well looked after just like the gardens there. The rooms are big and well maintained i have been to these arptments three times now and look forward to the next one in march i would recomend it to anyone.

Stayed in April 2003. There was a group of 8 that went for relaxing in the day and partying at night, and it sure did live up to what we wanted. When we wanted chips and curry the made it for us, HOW ENGLISH!!??! - and the food was so nice too!!!!! The staff were friendly and willing to help with any of our problems- not that we had any! There is no entertainment in the hotel at all. If you leave your balcony door open beware of the pigeons - and dont do what i did and fed them - they wont leave you alone, and you will be sharing your bed with them in the morning!

We stayed at these appartments in June 2002. The appartments are quite basic but clean and spacious. As with most of the accomodations in Puerto Rico we had a lovley sea view.
The appartments are located on a main road, which did get quite noisy at times. The beach is a 10 minuite walk away over a bridge that crosses the main road. Theres a few flights of steps on the way but we didn't find this a problem.
In the evenings we used taxis, which were cheap and in abundance, to take us to the bars and restaraunts as Pureto Rico is quite hilly.
