My partner and I booked a last minute deal with First Choice with our only guarentee was that it was in Puerto Plata and at 3*.
We were absolutely bowled over with amazement with the standard of accomodation and location that we got.
The apratment and balcony was huge, clean and cool. The pool was also lovely.... although cold at many times. We asked the rep as to why the apartments werent in the brochure but she didnt know.
As an ex holiday rep Ive worked in many a shocking hotel/ apartment and I can honestly say that these were one of the best apartments that I have seen.
I would wholly reccomend these apartments to anyone and would happily return.

This hotel was just fantastic. The rooms were really spacious but the balcony was massive, table 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers.
The location was brilliant, 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the shopping centre. The pool was at the top floor of the hotel and the views were just beautiful.
The staff were so friendly, the room was cleaned every day and bed linen changed twice in a week.
We will definitely be visiting Rio Piedras again, as we had such a fantastic holiday.

The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. There was a bar/restaurant on the roof with the pool you could have snacks of a daytime and meals of an evening the staff in the bar were fantastic very helpful and friendly.
The apartment was very spacious and had a really big sun terrace the living room was very big as well.
There was entertainment there for the first week we were there this was a singer he also had karoke, on the second week there was no entertainment as this was the first week in September.
On a Wednesday night every week they have a barbeque with a spanish singer. I would recommend this hotel to families and couples absolutely fantastic.
