It was very very clean. The maids came in every other day.

The pool was very clean and a good size.

The entertainment was limited but as we travelled with teenagers this wasn't a problem. Might not be suitable for families with young children.

My husband and I visited the Arena Centre for a weeks stay half board with a friend in September.

The hotel is lovely, clean and apartments are great - very spacious. Everything you need - kettle, cooker etc. Apartments are usually cleaned daily - towels changed also.

The pool area is great!! Plenty of sunbeds and it got the sun all day too! Very popular! Good sized pool and a childrens pool also if you have kids.

Hotel is located quite central but not on main strip which is good. Easy and quick to get to the main strip of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket.

Entertainment is spanish and does go on every night till midnight - we found it very loud but you are on your hols after all! Bar prices are resonable considering it is a hotel and not much more than on the strip.

Staff friendly and always there to help - we didnt find there was a language barrier and always staff around.

One thing I would say is that the food let the hotel down a bit in our eyes. It is so cheap to eat out at night and better quality/variety than the hotel. That was our only disappointment in the hotel as everything else fab - we tried a couple of times to give it a chance but didnt suit us.

We are thinking about returning next year in a group and we would stay at Arena Centre wih no hesitation - but on a self catering basis!!!!

Very clean nice friendly hotel.

English speaking staff.

Room cleaned every day and fresh towels left.

Pool large pleasant and clean sunbeds uncomfortable needed mattress.

We booked this hotel on the web and got bed and breakfast not an option with some high street operators.

Food was ok buffet style help yourself to everything nice scrambled eggs needed tom sauce for bacon also unsure which was English tea bags no waiters about to ask.

We booked this hotel because it had a sauna Jacuzzi and indoor pool but these were out of order unsure why.

Central to bars and restaurants and had back door access which was handy but looked after 12.30.

Entertainment was very Spanish but friendly and fun to watch.

Stayed in the Arena Centre Aparthotel August 2005,
2 adults and 1 child.

The 1 bedroom apartment was very good with everything working and no wonky electrics, the maids cleaned the room and supplied clean towels everyday, sheets were changed 2 or 3 times a week, the aircon was great (needed during the summer months).

The entertainment was all Spanish but we went out every night, the food was well presented but it was a bit manic with people pushing and shoving, most days we went to the local resturants.

AYDA resturant was very good, also Hansas If you fancy Indian food, we had a good holiday and the only reason we would not go back is there are so many nice looking hotels in Roquetas, we would try a different one, we went to the hotel Fortuna next door in April and that was just as good.

Just got back from a weeks stay at Center Apart Hotel and I want to go back. The hotel / appartments itself is lovely. We stayed self catering and the apartment was well equiped and the air con was much appreciated at night.

The staff are v friendly and helpful, the whole reception and bar area is what you expect from a 4*

The pool is huge, plenty of beds and v clean. The beds with the umbrellas get taken v quickly but just ask the lifeguard and he'll get you one.

The resort itself is v quiet and spanish orientated but I really liked this, others may not.

All in all i'd say if you already love the resort but looking for somewhere to say id without a doubt go to this hotel.

Finally must mention the afternoon lifeguard who is a total god like man and made our holiday so much better because he was so beautiful. Ladies, wait till you see him, you'll know what I mean!!!

The rooms are fine and self catering facilities are good so a good place to be if you are self-catering.

The room service is done on a two day basis, and the sheets and towels were changed.

The food however was terrible and many complained. Staff were helpful but were themselves embarrased about the quality of food. It could be partly due to the fact that the cook had left the week before we arrived, but the quality of food was also a factor. Sausages or hamburgers as a meat main course is not my idea of a four star hotel. There were other choices but mostly frozen food and vegetables apart from salad.

The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with everything we required for our self catering holiday. They did provide a cot & sheets but they didn't have any high chairs. We survived without ours but you may want to take a booster. Staff are friendly and helpfull and are very efficient. Clean sheets & towels every 2nd day.

Pool Area - lovely big pool, clean & tidy, we always got a bed. No one can put any towels down til 10am.

Children's Pool & Play Area - great for the wee one he loved.

Indoor Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi & Gym - the pools outside can be too chilly for the little one so the indoor pool was fab plus it gave my husband a break from the dreaded sun bathing.

Pool Table & Games Room.

We had a great apartment with good views - we overlooked Neptunas Pool and to the right was the sea. Best of both worlds.

As we were self catering we did not try any food at the hotel, but spoke to others who were half board and they seemed to enjoy. They weren't complaining. We ate out all the time and loved the food in Roquetas, especially the tapas.

The hotel is in a great area, 5 mins stroll to the bars, restaurants & shops and a couple mins more to the beach.

Would definately visit again.

My husband and I both retired had a lovely relaxing holiday here. The resort was quiet, cheap and friendly.

The hotel was very good but we wouldn't rate it 4 star. (no mattresses on sun beds, poor entertainment).

The food was alright but it would have helped if they had named the food in the buffet. sometimes you were not sure what you were eating, although it was all quite tasty. The only fault really was it was chips with everything. What happened to the boiled potato?

The pool area was very spacious and clean and an entertainment chap went around each day. I would recommend it if you like a quiet type of hioliday, we certainly found it very good and the resort was lovely and flat for walking.

The studio we stayed in was very clean and loads of room in it.

We stayed in the Arena centre aparthotel. We had a disabled person traveling with us and had been told it would be good for her. It was. Lifts were large enough to get her in, an electric scooter and a couple of people to help her.

Our rooms were fantasticly clean and tidy with everything you would need if you were self catering.

The poolside was spacious and never felt crowded.

The staff were always ready to help and we had a lovely waitress by the name of Gina.

We would go back just for her.
