Arrived around 2am to be left stood around in reception for ages waiting for our room key. Had to find our room ourselves as reception staff didn't seem to know what they were doing or care.

The room itself was disappointing, the hose to the hairdryer was hanging on by a thread, the bath was well worn and the towel rail was rusty.

The corridors to the rooms were carpeted but I don't think they'd been vacumed in months.

The waiters and pool staff were friendly and helpful and the animation team were very friendly. The evening entertainment was ok if you like bingo. The animation team dancing was very good, but the so called comedy sketches were rubbish.

The food, well what can I say, it was cold, not much choice, re-used day after day. The tiles behind the servery were disgusting and the chefs liked messing about with their mobiles in between serving. Half way through the week the half board restaurant was closed (I wonder why) and we got to eat in the all inclusive one. The food was better presented and hotter and there was more choice. I felt that if you were on half board you were treated as a second class to the all inclusive guests and that they were given better quality food etc.

Several people I spoke to had a stomach upset during their stay and I managed to get one just in time for the journey home!!

I definitely feel the star rating for this hotel is too high and improvements need to be made.

My husband and I were very disappointed with this hotel. On arrival at 2am we discovered there were no tea and coffee making facilities in our room, no fridge, and no complimentary bottle of water (as stated in the brochure).

Although our room was kept spotlessly clean I had reservations about the rest of the hotel.

The food was in a word 'disgusting'! Leftovers were served up the next day in different dishes. Food hygiene standards were appalling. I witnessed the 'chefs' using the same implements to handle raw and cooked food. I witnessed them wiping their hands across their mouths, and then touching the knives they were using to cook food. This was in the restaurant, I can only imagine what went on in the kitchen. It was no wonder that so many people came down with stomach upsets. Eventually one of the restaurants was closed. Even the Thomas Cook rep said it was unacceptable after trying the food for himself. My husband and I were ill for 10 out of the 14 days we were there. We would starve ourselves for 24-48hrs, and then when we felt better and tried to eat, it would start again! We survived on bread, rice and water, we couldn't face anything else. (The best meal I had on holiday was the in flight meal on the way home.)

The staff were very friendly, one of the waiters in one of the bars told me that this was the worst place to come for a holiday because of the food.

Entertainment was ok.

This was our first visit to Tunisia and our last! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The exceedingly poor Med Hotels.com transferred us to this hotel after being dumped on the streets by them after they overbooked our booked 5 star accommodation. Frightened with no local money we had no choice but to go to this hotel.

The hotel has limited facilities and the food was VERY repetitive. In fact each days leftovers seemed to reappear the following meal. Exactly the same food was served for breakfast lunch and dinners including the uncooked and cooked pork meat produce. Food was always uncovered (no lids anywhere) and so the flies could get at it and food was lukewarm and undercooked. Virtually everyone I spoke to at the resort including myself and my partner suffered stomach upsets.

Rooms were basic but functional but were clean and serviced daily. Linen was soiled/ torn and not good quality at all. Staff were friendly (sometimes a bit over friendly) and as a young blonde I was targeted both by staff at the hotel and other locals whether alone or with men. Other young women at the hotel had the same treatment. I was often ignored or pushed out the way when trying to be served or at reception in favour of Men and / or guests who weren

well what can i say, i loved this hotel, the entertainment team are lovely. the hotel is gorgeous. the food is nice, and the sun was beaming. the only complaint i have to make is booking through med hotels. they are a disaster! but all around great hotel, i want to go again

Me and my family have just arrived back from this hotel. The hotel was fantastic, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The pool area was great, especially for the kids as it had its own separate part and the water fall feature looked amazing. The restaurant was always clean and the food itself was fine although my only comment about this hotel would be to have a bit more choice for British holiday makers in the food selection. We really did enjoy our holiday at this hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone with a family as the staff always keep your children occupied. Me and my family would certianly go back.

The hotel was really nice. Staff were extremely friendly and the entertainers worked so hard every night.

The weather was beautiful and the area couldn't have been in a more ideal.

The only downside was the food, a bit disappointing, but other than that the hotel was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.

I must warn people of the dangers of going to this hotel.

Whilst I was there,3 of us-women,got our drinks spiked(I dont touch alcohol)and the guys there got their way with us !

One of the other women transferred to another hotel! Whilst me and another lady with kids suffered on the last 2 days there! Sleezy nasty people,I still have nightmares about it!

I dont understand how its still going!
