This was our 2nd time in the Sirca - returning after our brilliant holiday last year. The apartments were very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 4. A lovely, exceptionally clean pool, a good size for the 24 apartments, is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds, hammocks and beanbags. Perfectly located on the outskirts of Bitez, with the beach and resort centre a pleasant stroll away. Food at the bar and in the restaurant is very good and we ate there on a number of occasions. The entertainment this year centred around the large screen for the World Cup matches. The holiday was made all the more enjoyable by the wonderful staff at these apartments.

First visit to Turkey and picked what we would think must be the best apartments in Bitez.
Would like to thank all of the staff Denniz,Yusef, Mustafa, Ibrahim and the cleaning tem for making our holiday most enjoyable and memorable.
The complex is maintained to a very high standard and all of the staff ensure your stay there is as you would wish it to be, nothing is too much trouble.
Food and service in the restaurant are excellent and offer very good value for money.
Will certainly return for another relaxing break in the near furture.
If you read this boys, your 'Scotland' tee shirts are on the way as promised.

Me and my friends stayed in this hotel for a week and it was the best holiday I've ever been on! We all had a great time.
The hotel rooms were lovely and well looked after.
The food was great and the hotel staff were lovely. They make you feel very welcome and always go out of their way to help you. The staff are always entertaining and are very nice especially Mustafa, Yusuf, Dennis, Eddie and Vedat. Enjoyed our stay there very much.

We were so impressed with the high standards of everything at the Sirca. The staff were so friendly, accomodating and helpful, the apartments were a very good size, even for a family of 4 and were cleaned really well every day.
The pool was very inviting and again very clean.
The food & service in the restaurant was excellent - one of our party has a food allergy and they cooked us special food that she could eat.
We will be back!

Our second visit to the Sirca and we received a huge welcome back from everyone. Our apartment was much nicer this time and kept very clean by Seyhun. The pool area is lovely and although the apartments were full there were always plenty of sunbeds.
We ate at the Sirca a few times and the standard of food was excellent. There is a kids menu but the children can also have half-portions from the main menu if they prefer.
The Sirca is situated on a very quiet road away from the main centre of town, which is a 5-10 min walk away. Staff are fabulous, particularly with the kids, remembering all their names, and nothing too much trouble. Very relaxing, highly recommended.

Excellent stay. Well appointed accomodation in a quiet location a short stroll from the beach.
The staff were truly superb.
The food quality was exceptional - particularly on the Turkish Night.
As it was the end of the season when we went the entertainment was limited but none-the-less good.

Sirca apts in great location, on a quiet road just 5 mins walk from beach. Apartment could have been better appointed, not much room to put clothes for a family of 4 for 2 weeks. Shower door broken and shower stall covered in black mould.
I think they must have problem with cleaning staff as our towels and sheets were only changed twice in 2 weeks. In August the pool area was very busy and often sunbeds not available.
The pool is used quite often by people not staying at apts. Altho slightly disappointed with apartment this was more than made up for by the staff, in particular Mustafa and Yusuf, who treated all the guests and in particular the children so well.
We ate dinner at Sirca restaurant a few times and food very good.

We stayed at the Sirca in August 2005. The apartments were very clean and spacious, cleaned everyday(sheets cleaned once a week).
We were self catering so we ate at the resturaunt many nights - with great food on offer, with a wide range of English and Turkish food for all the family.
The apartments were located 200m from the beach(2 minute walk)also handy for getting a dolmus/taxi as the stop was at the end of the road.
Well what can we say about the hotel staff - ABSOLUTELY BRILLANT! Yusuf, Mutafa, Deniz, Ahmed and little Halil not to forget the cleaners- the most kindess people ever!
Always there 24/7 providing help and entertainment around the poolside and bar.
Entertainment was fairly good with 1 turksih night a week (such a laugh)and also a pool party every friday night -and especially for the men a giant widescreen TV. But best to come is the brillaint pool, great size - never overcrowded. Plenty of hammocks and sun longers for everyone around the poolside.
We enjoyed the holiday so much we are going back on holiday to the same place next August.

Overall the accommodation is good, with the exception of:-
Showers - ok if you are built like Twiggy, otherwise forget it - also a lot of black mould.
Bedding changed twice but usually sheets too small for the beds.
The Manager keeps Pigeons and unfortunately you need to keep flip flops on when walking round the bar area.
The pool is great, although used by non-residents which can make for a shortage of sun beds. Drinks from the bar are not cheap - a coke from the supermarket is 1 lira - from the bar 3 lira.

The first week of our holiday was fantastic, however the second was far from that.
My husband and 1 of my children were attacked by the staff in the apartments. We were thrown out and onto the streets outside with nothing but the clothes we were wearing, my son who was 13 only in his boxer shorts which I think is disgracful. We had several witnesses to this attack but as the Turkish police wrote all statements in Turkish they would not sign them.
I would advise anyone thinking of going here for your holiday to think very carefully as the staff seem very friendly but certainly are not always that way.
