We have stayed here twice in fact so going for a third says it all love the place cant wait to go back.

This was our 7th visit to Turkey and every holiday has been fantastic. After reading all the excellent reviews we decided to go to the Sirca for 2 weeks.

This was my 3rd time to Turkey but 1st to Bitez... all I can say is I love it.... Sirca Apartments are fab , very clean, very friendly, and an excellent location, just 2mins walk to centre .
The food in Bitez is the best I've had abroad, especially the Sirca!!! If your looking for a proper relaxing holiday without discos, nightclubs,loud yobs, then Bitez is the place to be. All the staff at Sirca are very helpful and will do anything to make your holiday special .
I've only just returned home today and want to book the Sirca for next year already, I've never believed in going back to the same place twice ( the world is to big ) but I've found somewhere that I love and want to return.

This is our second time at Sirca and we weren't dissapointed. Few extras added this year, hammocks by the pool, big screen TV at bar and table tennis. Staff are very friendly and helpful and will do absolutely anything for you.
The only thing that let them down was they had a problem with the cleaning staff resulting in bedding and towels not being changed quite as often as they should, but I'm sure this will be sorted out. It was nice seeing Mustafa, Ugur, Toga and Deniz again and also to meet big Halil, little Halil, Murat and Yusuf.

The apartments were very clean. Infact it was self catering but the restaraunt food was spectacular the location was perfect just a few minutes walk from the sea front.
The hotel staff are unreal so down to earth lovely people always willing to help I'd like to thank Yusuf,Mustafa and Dennis for making it the best holiday we've ever had we will be back next year if not the end of this year!!!!

We have just returned from a week at the Sirca apartments and had a great time.The staff are very friendly.The apartments were quiet as it was the second last week of the season but the staff still made us feel very welcome, nothing was a bother to them.We ate at the apartments a couple of times and the food was excellent.

Decided on Sirca form the reviews I'd seen and by personal reccommendation from a friend that lives in Bitez. Everthing fantastic. Only small exception the towels. More and newer needed. All the staff great. Don't play Yousef at backgammon, he's pretty good. Would reccommend this place highly.

Sirca apartments are very good value for money - best self catering apartments we have stayed in (and we have stayed in alot!)
They are clean, modern and spacious.
The pool is great. Loads of sunbeds and excellent swimming to be had.
Staff are really friendly - cannot fault it at all

Having read the report from Steve who went to Sirca in July 2005 I must say we were a bit apprehensive. But I can only say speak as you find.
We arrived at 6.00 in the morning, made very welcome by the staff who had left water and the ingredients to make a coffee in the apartment, a nice touch.
We found all the staff from Dennis the manager down to the cleaners very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were cleaned every day and the towels and sheets changed once a week as others have reported, but we found if you left your dirty towels in a pile on the floor mid week then they were changed.
We tried many restaurants during our stay most very good the Sirca restaurant being one of the best for food and service.
The apartment we found spacious and well appointed for two, might be a bit cramped for four. A top tip if you go to the Turkish knight, keep low denomination
notes to give to the belly dancer.
We departed at 23.45 and all the staff were there again to carry our cases and wave goodbye. We had a great time!

The apartments were very modern and clean and a delight to stay in.
The food in the resturant was first class and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was ideal as it is very quiet yet if you like it a little livelier two resorts are a short taxi ride away.
The staff, Denis, Mustafa and co were always on hand to make sure your holiday was one to remember also our rep Lisa who was great.
The Turkish night was fun and the BBQ was very good.We would not hesitate in going back it was brilliant, well done The Sirca.
