The Sirca Apartments are new and are kept at a high standard of cleanliness.
The Pool is a joy to laze around and excellent for cooling 'dips'.
The staff are exceptionally helpful. Denis and his team are always on hand to make your holiday a pleasure.
The Sirca restaurant is first class and provides excellent entertainment on it's Turkish Nights.
If we had not already bought our own holiday home on the Bodrum Peninsula, we would stay in the Sirca Apartments every time we visited the area.
Summary; excellent accommodation, great staff & a great value holiday experience.

The apartments were always clean.
The food was also very good we all enjoyed are selves. The views from the apartments were absolutely fabulous; it was also in a nice quite area.
The staff were the friendliest people I have ever met. Think it was because of them that we had such a good time.

This new complex is perfectly situated a few minutes walk away from the main resort so everything is easily accessible but its nice to come back to a peaceful setting. The pool is brill with never a shortage of sun beds. The complex is self contained with a shop a great poolside bar and possibily the best restaurant in Bitez. The staff were so great with the kids they didn't want to go anyway else, if there had been more nights like the Turkish evening we probably wouldn't have gone to other restaurants as we did a few times. The staff join in the fun with the families at the poolside as well as in the bar etc. and the kids want to go back and see their 'friends' again next year. Thanks to Mustafa, Ali & co for making our holiday so memorable.

The Circa apartments are situated in a nice peaceful location but close enough to the beach and bars.
The staff are very friendly indeed and anything you want... just ask.
The apartments are spacious and comfortable which overlook the superb pool.
The Turkish night was well organised and plenty of food from the open buffet.
Although the apartments are fairly new, I can well imagine this complex going up by a couple of stars next year. Well recommended to anyone.
PS: Our love to the First Choice rep, Lisa Dakin, She was a star.

Sirca apartments were very comfortable and clean. the food was excellent and well presented. The apartments were situated in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from beach. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, they were great with the kids and nothing was too much bother for them.aathe turkish night was good fun and the food was delicious

We stayed at the Sirca Apartments in Bitez during June 2004 and were so impressed by the friendliness of Dennis, Mustafa and all of the other staff that we are hoping to return in September!

The sirca appartments are brand new they have only just opened, the staff are super friendly and the complex itself although small is well maintained,the pool is very nice and the meals we had there were very nice, the turkish night is superb.
the manager "dennis" is very helpfull and has a great sense of humour,we are going again this year.

The apartments were great, very clean and modern, although we were self-catering, we ate in the restaurant quite a few times and the food was great. The hotel is ideally located as it is only about 5 minutes walk away from the beach and bars. The staff were really friendly, especially Ali, although all were nice people. The entertainment was good, really nice pool and play area for the kids and plenty of sun loungers. We had a very enjoyable holiday and will be going back in the future.

Going to bitez ? Well this is the place to stay !!! The apartments are very clean and are well furnished including tv. The complex itself is maintained to a very high standard. All balconies face the pool area & there's no need to worry about sunbeds, there are plenty to go around.
We went self catering as we enjoy eating out at different places, but you can have breakfast served at the poolside bar area & have an evening meal in the sirca restaurant. The food is first class and reasonably priced.
The complex is well situated, only a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants (avoid the ambrosia) and shopping area.
The staff are excellent, the manager mustafa does all he can to make your stay enjoyable & young yousuf (with the big smile) is brilliant with the kids.
Whatever you do dont miss the turkish night.
