Well where do I start, first of all on arrival the receptionist didn't have any record of our booking, so then had to try and find us a room, upon walking to the room there was an awful sick smell which made us all feel ill. Upon entering the room we found filthy dirty pillows on the beds with no cases on them, the bathroom had a pole for a shower curtain but no curtain, none of the lamps were in working condition and all had broken shades. The toilet was disgusting that it made my son feel physically sick to use it. The walls were all cracked and dirty. We went to complain and asked for another room and when we went back to the room the curtain pole had gone, apparently no other rooms were available.
The games room was advertised as having billiards but all they had was 3 tables and no balls, we then went to the gym which only had 2 pieces of working equipment, we are disgusted to say he least, we purposely looked for an all inclusive hotel that had facilities for a 13 year old, and I am recovering from surgery and needed the gym as part of my recovery regime so purposely looked for a hotel with gym facilities. Then at the end of our first day we wanted a Diet Coke and was told they didn't have any left. If this is what day one is like what is the rest of our 2 week holiday going to be like, I am happy to send photos to back up my complaint if required. I hope something can be done to compensate for this.
We were told upon booking that this place would be perfect for a child of his age and we have been seriously mislead, and to top it all it's advertised as a non smoking hotel and yet we sat at the pool this afternoon surrounded by heavy smokers and sitting in the lobby tonight also surrounded by them, disgusted doesn't even come close, the best thing would be to knock this place down, got to suffer another 13 days of this hell hole
