the 5 star hotel was very clean, lovely design, perfect swimming pool and private beach, no complaints about the accomodation, in fact excellant, sadly the food was very poor and the catering staff were very rude.
I lived on Chicken and chips for two weeks.
the day time entertaiment was very good but forget the evenings, very poor, and nothing to do except sit around a large entrace foyer, no background music and the atmosphere of a airport waiting room.

WE paid for a 5* hotel when we arrived we were taken out of hotel 1/4 mile down the coast to a very small flat 7 x 6 door open outwards as it hit shower on inside, we refused ans stayed in reception for most of day, we spent
