The resort was extremly quiet which you could expect in October but as it was only a few days from the school holidays and in a peak pricing season we found this dissapointing.
The beach was a great let-down it was more seaweed than sand. The diving school in the Harbour (Albatros Diving)is worth a visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful it was a great experience.
The place to eat in Cala Bona is right on the seafront `Tropical Paradise Cocktail Bar` its a great friendly place that serve ice-creams & cocktails to die for even our daughter couldn't decide which childrens cocktail to have there were that many.
Made good friends with the owner, would go back to resort just to eat there again.

Cala Bona is situated right next to Cala Millor. Cala Bona being the quieter resort. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, some offering entertainment but not really any 'nightclubs' or 'discos'. Cala Bona has a very pretty harbour area but Cala Millor has the better beach by far (plus more nightlife). Cala Bona is a lovely resort for families and many return year after year.

Very clean, so entertaining. This place is a must, if you like great beaches, great shops, great restaurants, great people, great scenery then this is the place to go.

Overall it was good, Cala Bona does not have much of a beach (rocky) but Cala Millor with it's sandy beach is a short cab ride or 25 minute walk away. Cala Bona is situated around a harbour which is quite picturesque with a good choice of restaurants (Smithy's is good if you fancy Steak & Kidney pie or the like!) Cala millor has a good choice of restaurants to so for €10 you can get a cab to take you there and back for a change.

A bit too quiet for younger people.

Cala Bona has a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.
Some of the streets had a strong drain smell and some dog mess but nothing that we couldn't grin and bear.
The beaches were kept clean although some of the rocky areas had the odd tyre and drinks can.

Cala Bona has a small harbour with plenty of restaurants around. Bicycle hire very reasonable with a choice of hire periods.(from one hour to a week) Cala Millor within walking distance where there are more shops, although Cala Bona felt friendlier and quieter which we liked. Plenty of bars with entertainment if you wanted it. Cove like beaches which were busy but not cramped. Sea was clear although a little rocky in places. A lovely resort attracting many nationalities. We will return to Cala Bona again.

The resort of Cala Bona is compact and was fairly busy at the time we visited (late August). The bars were lively with various entertainment each evening although the live music stopped at midnight, a local bylaw apparently.
Cala Bona has a small marina where boats can be hired or trips taken on glass bottomed boats etc. There are numerous restaurants catering for various tastes and nationalities.
A nice resort, well worth a visit.
