The resort itself was beautifully clean.It was very well spaced out though and you really need to be happy walking.The only real entertainment there was bars and a market.If you have children there is not alot more you can do!!
We found that Albena was more expensive than other places in Bulgaria we had visited so that has put us off going again.
The beach was beautifully clean.
The taxis were cheap and we alsways agreed on a price for a return journey and you pay on your return.
The trains which ran from the market,beach and hotels was lovely and the kids enjoyed riding on it.

The resort of Albena is lovely, everything is within easy walking distance.
The entertainment around the resort is superb, especially the local dance restaurant 'poco loco' where you can see a great mix of traditional dancing with modern.
Our friends had been to Albena last year and on seeing their photos we booked this year.
It is a fantastic place to visit and also very cheap an excellent place to try out a few cocktails.
Well worth a visit, Im sure we will be returning, sometime in the near future.

The resort was hosed down each day making it one of the cleanest we have visited. The beach was beautiful and the sea safe. The only draw back was the cost of a sunbed,matress and parasol if you needed them, 19 lev a day.Lovely long stretch of pure fine sand with plenty of space to position youeself for the days sunbathing.
Would recommend the resort and found it extremely excellent value for money.

So clean not a discarded bottle ,can or Crisp packet to be seen. Although a non drinker I found plenty of entertainment and my family being drinkers enjoyed it as well. Beach is great lovely and clean. Biggest grudge iis the paying for umbrellas and loungers, but if a family buy a good lilo for a £5 and leave it behind at end of Holiday. I have already booked to go back next June, My 16th time.

The resort was nice, also clean.
The pubs were really good. Also the food was cheap. The beach is nice but I will not be visiting this country again

Albena is o.k.The shops sell all the same things so once you have seen 1 you have seen it all.There are ladies of the night parading up and down.There is no nightlife whatsoever,maybe 1 or 2 so called singers.O.k for a quiet holiday.

resort looked clean enough
except for the prostitutes who even grabbed men who were pushing push chairs with young babys in while there wives were in a shop,one man who was in his sixtys his arms were bruised were they kept grabbing because he was on his own
resort shops and stalls supposed to be open until 2300 nearly all were shut by 2030-2100 beachfront totally dead 2030
NOT A LOT TO DO AT NIGHT

beach was really clean, always room. lots of bars and restaurants but taxi drivers follow you wherever you go

The main resort of Albena is really good with entertainment in most of the Bars, even a Bulgarian Elvis impersonator.
The beach itself is excellent with all the usual beach activities all a lot cheaper than Spain.
I would go to Albena again but not at the Panorama, I would
book a Hotel closer to the beach.
