I have just back from this hotel. I would anyone to go there and have a brillant time. It is for anyone any age. The beach is just over the road literly over the road. You would me amzaed by some of the things there is the long street next full of shops. What always helps is the prices of things the prices are just out of this world there are so cheap.

Don't do it!
If you have not booked your holiday yet or can feign death and claim insurance there is still time to back out.
Yes, I agree with the other reviewers that the hotel has great rooms with comfy beds, nice bathrooms and fantastic sea views from your personal balcony.
But when we arrived at 2am our room had been given to someone else.
Other reviewers I presume must have kids. We personally are too old to be eating in a school canteen with all the kids running around playing with the buffet food in their hands then putting it back for you to eat (other kids simply cough and sneeze all over it). We had dodgy guts a couple of days.
Pools too small with everyone fighting for sunbeds. Charges to use sunbeds on beach.
Book 7 nights half board and get 6 evening meals.
But if you are looking for a cheap holiday for you and your kids I recommend the hotel to you - it is one of the best in the resort. But if like us you are a childless couple and never thought through the pitfalls of booking into Bulgaria's Butlins - now is the time to run like the wind.

the hotel was fantastic! the rooms made me feel right at home straight away! the staff were very welcomin and always smiled and said hello! the food was lovely. it was a bit repeatative some nights, but other than that it was great!!

The hotel complex was absolutely fabulous. The room was large, spacious and well equipped, including air-con and a mini bar. The bathroom was huge. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it. The maids cleaned the room each day, and it was thoroughly cleaned - we even had clean towels every day. The hotel staff were friendly, and we were well looked after. The meals were excellent - at breakfast not only was there the usual continental food, but a hot buffet (bacon, eggs, sausage, etc.), and also a section where you could get omelettes and pancakes freshly made. There was always a good variety for evening meal, even our nine year old could always find something he liked. The hotel has two pools, but if you were not up early there was no sunbeds left, however, the hotel was right on the beach, so if we could not get around the pool, we went to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel complex - we will return.

Holiday overall briliant. Fantastic location, food good but I did find problems with getting a sunbed by the pool.
Towels were out as early as 5am. Staff were good but found the language difficult at times.
The weather was a bit of a dissapointment.
I would definately go back again.
