We never read reviews :( Ages of all the travellers were 52 39 24 20 18 15 which was a family holiday. Well were shall I start?
Good points
Close to beach / pool and grounds good and clean pool side sports and games coordinator is a fabulous guy and works so hard beach and shops great.
Bad points
We were unable to eat the food, we ate breakfast only scrambled egg on toast the rest I wouldn't give to the dog
We went to lunch first day walked back out same at dinner
The snacks well 2x2 inch bread with liver pate pizza 3x3 inch on alternate days horrible ice cream 3 flavours nice tea like milk water
Bar well it's a desk with beer and 5 spirits only 2 at a time which is not a prop but u only get a small plastic cup approx. 3rd of a pint also they don't do wine there are 3 bars in the hotel that are not included in all inclusive so need to pay extra
Rooms are old and basic curtains / mattresses / carpets stained towels tatty and old staff are disgrace full don't talk and very ignorant
Trust me if you go here go room only! It's not a very nice place, don't leave towels out on loungers overnight as a member of staff removes them we seen him and when complained we was told what are we supposed to do about it.

We have just returned from staying at this hotel and i have to say I was quite pleasantly surprised. The room itself was clean and had a regular maid service on most days. In saying that, I would advice anyone thinking of going here to book the superior room with air con as these are in the newer part of the hotel, our friends had a room without the air con in the older part which was more basic than ours and it was smaller.
The breakfasts were adequate,but very basic with the same thing everyday,we usually just had the toast,cheese,eggs and fruit.
The hotel has a big outdoor pool and a small kiddies pool, plus an outdoor jacuzzi and they overlook onto the black sea.There is an excellent outdoor hotel restaurant which I can thoroughly recommend.
As regards the resort itself, there is loads of places to eat and drink and i can say that we tried quite a few and never had a bad meal once. All in all we had a really great time in Pomorie, only downside (if you can call it that) was that there wasn't many Brits there. It seems to cater mainly to Russians at the moment, which helps to keep the prices down, but the Brits are starting to make in roads. Here wasn't any problem as such regarding the language as most do have some smattering of the English language.
So to sum up, I would definitely go back there again.

Myself and my lover along with my son stayed at the Pomorie Hotel.We had our own twin room whilst my son had his own double room on a supplement.
What can I say about this hotel ? The breakfast spread was huge and lovely.If you wanted a cold breakfast then you were overfaced with a variety or fruit and cereals.The cooked breakfast was kept hot and fresh.Try the potatos in butter - superb.Myself being greedy scoffed the lot.
The hotel is perfectly located.The beach is straight across the road with a suberb bar / cafe on the water front.The beach is clean and the sand clear white.
Sunni beach is great for families.If you dont drink then make sure you get a room at the back of the hotel as the Lazuer disco is loud and does not clear till around 06:00,otherwise you will sleep tight.
I will be going back here again.
