My family and I (three adults, three teenagers) stayed at the Conrad from 28th July '05 until 11th August '05.

We found the location of the hotel perfect for our needs, short transfer time, not too near the heart of the busy resort but close enough to travel there by shuttle bus (L.E 10,

Just returned from Conrad, all I can say is we loved this hotel.

We had a fantastic holiday. We had 3 rooms booked between 8 of us. I had 2 standard rooms with kingsize bed. Found the rooms clean and well presented, the bathroom was a little tired looking but was cleaned and restocked with shampoo/showergel, moisturisers etc on a daily basis. If you wanted clean towels you left them in the bath and they were replaced every afternoon.

The beds were also changed on a daily basis. We had a lovely patio area overlooking the swimming pool.

We found the food to be hot and always something to eat, even for thoes who are fussy eaters, the soups although had strange names were very nice as was the bread.

Breakfast was excellent especially the omlettes and pancakes. Most of the fortnight we ate in the Italian ala carte resteraunt, which is through the doors off the main restaraunt, we found this a bit quieter than the main buffet one, you just got your meal and took it through, by the second week the staff had brought the hot food into this side as well.

We found all the staff in there to be friendly and efficient, always clearing the plates away in between courses. The drinks were fine for us, my husband drank red wine at meal times and found it to be ok. the rest of us had either beer, or soft drinks. If you ask you can get diet coke, we only found this out after a couple of days.

The staff at the pool bar although didn't rush were were fine, and in the second week started serving drinks in proper plastic glasses rather than paper cups.

We spent alot of our time at the beach bar with Atif, who made sure your beer glass was never empty, can't think of a better way to spend a few hours watching the world go by on a fantastic beach, with cold beer and good company.

The snorkling was fantastic, as someone who had never done it before I was hooked. I have never seen so many fish in all shapes, sizes and colours, just hope my underwater pics turn out, I tried to snorkel everyday it really is like another world under there.

I really enjoyed the hotel it was very clean the staff were very polite and the waiters were very good two if there was a problem they sort it out straight away.

I recommend this hotel I will return in a few months.

The entertainment was very very good all the entertainment staff smiled, very funny and looked after people in conrad hotel sharm el sheikh.


The bars need to open at 7 and close at 12 so more people have a drink and join in the entertainment.

Wow, what can I say, the whole holiday was great, there are no words to describe how much of a good time we had.

Conrad was great.

The animation team were cool and made us all welcome. Moe (Peter Andre) was cool and very with it, Mohamed was sound, Howard was just errrrm, Howard, a crazy guy always dancing around. The Dj was okay but we needed more rock (yee ha my Conrad claim to fame - I got to be the ultimate rock Dj for one night only!!!!)

Yeah the rooms were cool and thanks to Conrad I found some cool mates from somewhere near me!

The food was okay but I got a bit bored of chicken, every day there was chicken man!

I would definitely visit Conrad again and if I had the money I would be back this year!!!

Well we just want to say how much we enjoyed ourself on our hoilday at the Conrad and how much fun we had.

The entertainers were great and we loved Howard.
We would deffently go back asap if we had the chance.

The Hotel is OK. The rooms and public areas were very clean, but the pool area was not cleaned once during our stay.

We booked a Superior Sea View Room. We were disappointed with the actual room, and the bathroom is very dated and needs refurbishing, but the view was excellent.

The Hotel Food was OK, but I got a bit fed up with Chicken all the time and the salad needs more variety.

The location was great, right on the beach, which was a godsend because it was so hot, but we had a nice sea breeze at the pool.

The Hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful, also there is a new First Choice Rep called Lorna, and we found her to be very helpful.

The entertainment needs a boost, some nights were OK. The best night was the Beach Party, this was held by the Fish Retaurant on the beach, and everyone really enjoyed it. Again only drawback, the party was just getting going at 11pm, when the all inclusive stopped.

I would visit Egypt again, but not the Conrad Hotel. This Hotel is supposed to be a 4* and I would only give it a 3*. They need to make major improvements in the cleanliness of the hotel, the food needs a lot more variety and the rooms need refurbishing.

We have recently returned from Conrad Hotel and had a fantastic holiday and would recommend it to anyone.
The hotel was clean, spacious and superbly located along a stretch of wonderful beach with direct access to its own house reef.
Our rooms were large (with huge beds) and had wonderful shared balconies with magnificent views of Tiran Island. They were cleaned daily and towels were changed daily.

All staff at the hotel were an absolute delight - nothing was too much trouble. The only exception to this was the First Choice Rep (Claire) who was actually a disgrace to the company and totally incompetent. This however has been rectified and a great, helpful Rep named Lorna has replaced her.

The hotel grounds were lovely. The pool area was super for the kids and we could always find sunbeds without getting up at the crack of dawn.

The beach was lovely and the snorkling from the jetty was out of this world!!!

Throughout the whole holiday we felt relaxed and safe. The children could use the whole resort (and next door at the Baron) independently without any worries.

Entertainment is 'improving' but definitely nothing to write home about. We had a few trips into Naama Bay and were quite happy with what was on offer at the hotel the other evenings. We all really enjoyed the pool party and the beach party.

We all enjoyed the food and there was always plenty to chose from- all cooked beautifully. Our waiter Salah also kept us entertained with the most bizarre jokes you have ever heard!!

The Conrad Hotel is a wonderful friendly hotel which more than lived up to all our expectations. Its location (for us) was great - a short bus ride to and from Naama Bay - a visit is a must. Here again we found all the local people to be friendly and highly entertaining. All of our children now have fantastic 'haggling' skills!!!!

This was the first time our family had been all inclusive and we was very impressed with it.

The hotel cleanliness was brilliant and you couldn't get any better.

The hotel food was really good,if there wasn't anything much you liked there were always something you could eat.

The hotel location was beautiful and we felt safe wherever we went.

The hotel staff were outstanding they were all willing to help and wanted to make your holiday very enjoyable. They all did a very good job of that. The restaurant staff were brilliant Islam, Moustafah, Mohamed and everyone else too. Islam qadry in the restaurant was lovely and I made really good friends with him and I am keeping in touch with him by letters .Ali and Bassem in the health centre well they were just crazy. Ali is so cheeky and funny. They too wanted to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. They was always laughing and joking about. They were real good. Then there was the entertainment staff Moe, Howard, Yassein you were brill, very friendly and funny. They made the day entertainment and night entertainment what it was as they were super. They were always there to help and have a laugh. In the disco on a night at 11 Moe, Howard and Yassein made it happen for us. They all had a laugh with us but Yasein please play some different music some nights. Love you and miss you all the hotel staff. Thanks for everything for making my holiday the best holiday ever.

Yes we will e visiting the hotel again we have booked the hotel for two weeks next year from the 17th July to the 1st August. see you then can't wait.
