This was one of the best holidays that I have ever had.

The food was fab, always plenty of choice and always hot.

The staff were very frindly and couldn`t do enough for you(show them with respect and they will always look after you)

The Hotel itself was very clean. Had one large pool with a swim up bar, 2 smaller pools and a pool with slide for kids big or small. They also had play park for children.

Entertainment was very low key but they did their best.
Have full intentions of going back next summer with the kids.

What can I say about this hotel that hasn't already been mentioned in previous reports? It's fantastic!!!

The staff were wonderful, the grounds and rooms were spotless if you are looking for a relaxing hotel out of the way then this is the one for you. After spending much of our previous holidays in the Greek islands this place was a wonderful surprise the hotel surpasses any we have ever stayed in in Greece.

The food was very good and not one dickie tummy the restaurant has a different themed evening every night so there is quite good variety

The entertainment as mentioned in the other reports is pretty poor but we preferred to spend our evenings in the Sunset bar

This is the second time in 2 years we have visited this hotel and were a bit apprehensive, but it was even better second time round.

The staff all remembered us and we were upgraded to a sea/pool view and had out mini-bar stocked up with beer and soft drinks. Every other day we had some sort of food left.

Everyone went out of there way to make our stay even more enjoyable than before. The hotel was spotless and the food very good although it was a shame that Rustica was closed during our stay (I think it was due to open the night we left).

We had a couple of sneak pre-views of it and it looked really nice. The last time that restaurant was very busy every night and had a very good atmosphere but that was lacking this time because of the renovations, still the pizzas were good.

Our only complaint was the plastic glasses and we had a few meetings with the hotel management whilst we were there and they are working on this.

I appreciate during the day at the pool they need to be but at night there's nothing worse than drinking wine/beer out of plastic glasses.

They do look old but because of the amount of use/washing they get they become very old looking within a few days as we discovered when new ones were brought out! However if that's the only complaint!! Won't say too much about the entertainment.

It had slighly improved since the last time (there was no Chill-out bar when we were there before), although they really do need to get a more multi-cultural animation team!

We have just arrived home from a most wonderful week away at the Hilton Sharks Bay.

We are frequent travellers and have to say this is the best all inclusive package holiday we have ever had. The hotel and staff are just excellent in every way and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The beach is grainy yellow sand and on three levels that wouldn

We travelled to Hilton Sharks Bay for 2 weeks during the school easter holidays.

This is a good choice of hotel - the whole place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are all a good size with a lovely bathroom with a great walk in shower (no bath tho). we had 2 ground floor rooms a few doors apart with a camp bed for our youngest child. 2 queen sized beds in each room that you could push together to make one HUGE bed. Our cleaning boy was excellent tiding up all my junk to perfection with complimentary shampo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion all refilled daily if you used them. also a hairdryer (this was a little feeble but it did the job)

We tipped him a couple of pound every few days and then

My husband & myself spent a week at The Hilton Sharks Bay from 19 - 26 March 2006.

We stayed all inclusive which was excellent value for money. Extensive self service buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was excellent - varied choice and chef on hand to prepare fresh pancakes, omelets fried eggs etc. Lunchtime was buffet or sandwiches/hotdogs at the sunset bar (at the beach) or kebabs, hotdogs, burgers, fries etc near the pool. Evenings were buffet restaurant or Italian restaurant which was waiter service. Fresh pizza and pasta dishes and great waffles and ice cream!! The standard, choice and presentation of all meals was excellent. No tummy troubles at all & we did try the salads and had ice in most of our drinks.

Great selection of cocktails and local spirits and mixers.Local beer & wine was ok but all free from 10.00 - 2.00am.

The staff were just fantastic. We'd been told in advance about the standard of service but still exceeded our expectations. Despite working hard & long hours they just couldn't do enough for you. Each day we had a different arrangement on the bed made with our towels and all rooms were spotless clean. Each day our fridge was stocked up with free bottled water, soft drinks and beer (which we didn't expect as brochure didn't include this).

The hotel is situated near to the hotel which means a 5 min transfer and despite this we heard very little aircraft noise. Away from the hustle of Naama Bay we thought the location was fantastic.

The pool areas and beach were spotless clean. Whatever time you arrived at the pool you could find a sunbed and the towels were provided free of charge. The beach was built up in tiers with plenty of sunbeds and shady spots. The beach itself was quite small but the tiers provided plenty of sunbathing space. The sea life and corals were amazing and well protected by the hotel staff. Plenty activities from the beach including glass bottom boat, banana rides etc.

We didn't bother with the evening entertainment preferring to spend our evenings in the Sunset bar enjoying the fantastic views over the beach. However we did watch an illusion show which was quite good. We gathered from other guests that the entertainment wasn't up to much but that didn't seem to bother anyone.

Overall this hotel is excellent value for money. Great food, service, standards and location. We didn't see a cloud all week and temps between 29 - 37 degrees but with a lovely breeze. We met many people that had returned here several times and it's easy to see why. We will be returning to the Hilton next March and we can't wait!!

It was the 1st time we had been to Egypt and it was fab. As a family we all really enjoyed it. The rooms allocated to us were in a great position.

The staff made us feel like we were the only ones there yet they were friendly with everyone else too, and the food was better than any other all inclusive place we have experienced.

We tipped the waiters

We travelled to the Hilton Sharks Bay on 12 November 2005. The weather was excellent however it was best to get up and be out sunbathing by 7.30am to make the most of the day. By 3.30pm/4pm the main pool was in the shade so best to retreat to the smaller with the bridge over it. By 5pm it was nearly dark and a cardigan was needed.

The room was lovely, bottled water was supplied daily and there was numerous fridges around the complex from which you could help yourself from. Tea and coffee facilities and hair dryer also in room.

The hotel food was ok, but my husband is a chef so we have high expectations. Breakfast was the best meal of the day with lots to choose from. We normally had a sandwich lunch from the sunset bar and then dinner in the evening in the Rustico. The best option is to have the fresh cooked pizza or pasta, avoid the set meal, we were disappointed both times we tried it.

Entertainment was ok, nothing special. Entertainment normally took place in the Chill out Bar, however one night it happened in the sunset bar and we missed it as it was not very well advertised. Wednesday nights entertainment was the best. It is advertised that the Wednesday night dinner is served by the pool, it isn't it is the restaurant upstairs and it is no different from any other night. In the summer months the will serve it outside.

The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help you.
