I'm only just back from this hotel and I can honestly say we can't find a fault with it. It was absolutely spotless. We had a bungalow which was cleaned everyday we had fresh sheets and towels also daily. The grounds were lovely too and always being tended to.The food was good always well presented and well cooked (believe me I checked) a little repetitive but that was all.

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us from the reception staff right down to the pool staff they were all great.

The entertainment in the hotel (depending on what you want) is quiet. The animination team are brilliant and although they are mostly made up of Italians they translate everything into english and do their best to get everyone to join in. If you're looking for a mad night then go to Namma bay there is a courtesy bus or you can get a taxi, it's about 20 mins at a cost of about

Nubian Village - the rooms were dirty net curtains not ironed- creased- hanging down, the mattress was placed on a bed which consisted of wooden slats - the rooms were not cleaned properly.

The food boring - salads, cheeses ,looked like they had been left out from dinner to evening meal time. The pool areas were dirty and we never saw the pool/beach towels being taken to laundry.

We were poorly from the second day and on the sixth day were thankfully moved to different hotel. The staff as well as guest were poorly, backaches, really bad coughs and diarrhoea.

Our med hotel rep was brilliant within 2 hours of complaining we were in a 5 star hotel - just do not go to this hotel - it should be a 2 star hotel.

They need to spend money on upgrading rooms - not the new water shoots.

The family and I stayed next door at the sister hotel the Nubian island, you could use both facilities but not the food and drink???

Upon arrival I was very impressed with both hotels which are very large with beautiful gardens that separate the two hotels.

We were met with free cocktails and our luggage was whisked away to our rooms, I thought a very nice touch and a great start to our holiday!!!

Our room was large and very clean with a fridge also air con and sky TV. Also free soaps, shower gels + shampoos!!

The hotels grounds and facilities are superb. Shops, a doctors surgery(in case you get an iffy tummy) which is common known in Egypt due to the high mineral content in the water also the heat, drink plenty of bottled water! If you do get the tummy bug then get yourself down to the doctors in the Nubian village and for about

After reading reviews on this hotel we were more than worried about what we would find. We worried for nothing, the hotel was excellent.

We stayed in a bungalow and were very happy with it, the cleaner came in every day and cleaned the rooms, changed the beds and towels - also made some wonderful towel sculptures.

The food was good, and unless you were a very fussy eater there was plenty of variety as the hotel caters for Russian, Italian and English it can't be easy for them. The puddings are superb and there is always fresh fruit out to help yourself to.

If you want varied entertainment this hotel may not be for you but the children seemed to have a great time every night and a lot of the adults did too, we went for a rest so were not really interested in evening entertainment.

The staff are polite and friendly tip them and they don't forget you - and they don't expect to be tipped but of course are pleased when you do tip as they get very low wages.

All in all we had a great holiday and will go back next year to the same hotel as we like it very muc.

On Arrival at the airport it was very smooth unless you are moving outside the red sea a visa is not necessary but they do not offer this information.

Unless you stick to your guns with the Taxi price you will be ripped off, it should be cheaper than getting a transfer but they play on the fact that you have no other means of getting to the hotel we argued for 30 minutes, they wanted to charge

Just come back from holiday with my husband and two kids 13and 10.

We actually stayed at the sister hotel Nubian Island as this is 5*,Nubian Villageis 4*.We had room by pool with swim up bar which was great as kids loved not to have to get out to get drinks.

The food was excellent everything you could wish for and very hygienic we all loved the puddings! The staff can't do enough for you and fetch drinks for you. The hotel runs a bus into Namma bay 5 times a day which is where all the shops and restaurants are.

If you want a night out the Rock Cafe and Pizza hut are excellent value and a hit with kids. The hotel grounds are well kept and you walk down to sea.

There is a jetty which you snorkel off its awesome. You can

Couldn't fault the hotel at all the food was very well cooked there was plenty of choice and some of the desserts were lovely, entirely different from English desserts.

There were a lot of Italians there who weren't too friendly although we did try(maybe they didn't understand English).

The childrens entertainment team completely ignored the English kids but it didn't matter because fun was had without them.

The relax pool was the place to be and all the English stayed there.

The staff couldn't have been nicer nothing was too much for them and they were so polite. The rooms were very spacious we had lots of room even though there were 4 females sharing one room(well we need the space)The only fault was the snorkelling, the jetty was not easy to get off into the water so if you daren't jump it was hard to get in as it was fairly high.

We went into Sharm to the public beach. Would have stayed there forever and will definately recommend to everyone.

The evening entertainment is not too good although having said that the man who was the sole entertainer tried his best.

How do you entertain people all evening every evening for two weeks. He was good at what he did and we all helped with a bit of kareoke(great fun) He enjoyed it too.If you are miserable in this hotel then it is you personally who has the problem.

It was great book now .

This was our first visit to Sharm el Sheik. We had read the reviews posted by other guests and would generaly agree with the positive aspects of hat has been said.

The Hotel sits in large grounds and offers a spacious relaxed feel. the welcome was friendly and the staff were generally very helpful. The main building contains the reception, restaurant, bar, a small shopping centre, and the internet room. Most of the accomodation is in separate buildings within the grounds. there are two swimming pools and plenty of loungers. The hotel has a private beach at the bottom of the site.

The food was generally OK but choice was limited, however, we always found something we liked. the Hotel staff were excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. They love children and will help you at meal times if you need it.

There was entertainment in the main reception area every night and this seemed to be generally well received.

There seems to be a lot of Italian guests as well as a good number of eastern europeans. The hotel gift shop has most things priced in Euros and we found that the odd thing we needed to pay for would result in our getting Egyptian

Booked a week away end January going into beginning of February with my partner.

We booked the holiday with Libra Holidays, flew with Excel but we were originally booked to fly with air Atlanta, disappointed when the airline changed the flight details as it meant we flew out later and got home in the early hours of the morning on return. To add to this, both the the flight to and from Sharm El Sheikh were delayed.

Hotel was booked through Med Hotels.

We didn't arrange a transfer as we had previously been informed that we could get a local taxi for around
