If you are young free and single then this is the place. good location, 5min walk to bars and out of the way of music when you return drunkhammered.
Pool is ok. this hotel is not for families or couples. single people on the pull then yes.

Having arrived home yesterday from these apartments I feel I must place my comments. Yes the rooms are basic but they were cleaned every day with the bedding and towels changed mid week. The cutlery is fine not dirty at all it was just water marks. Taking a shower is a bit of a juggling act but you get the hang off it. And you must provide your own toilet roll which is strange as it

We have also just returned from Zante but unlike the last report written, we were not at all impressed with the accommodation!
I think the party of 3 girls must have got lucky because we arrived on a Thursday and our towels were not changed until the following Wednesday! The bedding was never changed while we were there but the cleaner did come in every day to make the beds and mop the floors. Even my boyfriend was a bit unnerved by the owner, who just sits by the side of the pool all day watching everyone come and go, you do feel like you are being watched!
We did not spend any time at the apartments apart from to sleep so were able to cope with the poor standard for just a week but I'm surprised that Manos give this place such a high classification.
There is never any hot water, even after leaving the shower running for 30 or 40 minutes it was still cold - we had two hot showers each all week! The rep said it was just taking a while to warm through the pipes but we have never had that problem in any other apartment we have stayed in Greece! We were also expected to buy a new toilet roll once ours had run out - not what you want to hear after paying

When we arrived at the Rose Club apartments we were pleasantly surprised as we had only booked the holiday a few weeks earlier.

When we got too the Rose club we expected it to be really nice as it said it was in the brochure. As we got into our room we thought it was ok and could deal with it as the week went by we realised that we had had the same sheets and towells all week and they were starting to become dirty.
The food from the hotel was good and the pool and terraced area was also nice the English staff were helpful and the Greeks did try as well.
Our holiday was really good overall but we would not re visit that hotel again.

The rooms at the Rose Club apartments were very clean which we were pleased about, however for the whole 2 weeks we never had any hot water for a shower and when you went to complain to the manager he just shrugged his shoulders as he could not speak English.
The outside/pool area was very clean as well.
The hotel itself is just of the main strip of town but there is a long road you have to walk up and when you are coming back at 3am it is very dark. There is only 1 light on the entire road which is not enough.

Avoid if you haven't already booked, especially if you are a couple or a family!!
Stayed here for 2 weeks and what a mistake! The cleanliness of the apartments was terrible, there were hairs on the floor, bed, sink, shower and over the already disgustingly dirty kitchen units! when we complained to the rep Greek owner shouted at us that we should not have involved the rep and should go straight to him if we had any problems, obviously because they have been warned about this and their attitude towards customers before.
The rep was less than impressed by his attitude towards her and us and made a report to Manos for us. Other guests heard about our complaint and also said that the cleanliness of their rooms were not up to standard but did not complain, that's ok I suppose if your not used to a decent standard of living!!
We also got chatting to an English girl working in their pool bar who told us that they do not even wash their dishes properly to save on washing up liquid and used threatening behaviour towards her several times if she failed to make guests stay at the pool bar!! On top of those idiots people from DERBY making noise from 12pm till around 3pm every night. I was glad when we were leaving as more little charmers were moving in to the apartments in the form of some Scottish blokes who were bragging about how on their first night they had already beaten someone up!!!

Room was basic wouldn't want to cook anything on the two rings that they call a cooker!!! The maid came in every day and woke us up!! Then things went missin!
Pool was in good condition and clean but you never felt comfortable because the owner was always there staring!!!
Wouldnt go to rose club again but we have been back to other hotels and never found a fault with Zante!!!
We are goin back in may and we can't wait!! The night life is the best!! Rescue club and cocktails and dreams are the top places to go at night for a drink n boogie!!!!!!

The Rose Club completely exceeded all of our expectations. The staff Marinos, Pontalis and Maria were superb, extremely friendly and welcoming, they literally couldn't do enough for you.
The apartments, studios and grounds were maintained to a high standard and always very clean.
Every Saturday they hold a BBQ night. This includes your food, some wine and trational Greek dancing. This is definitely a night you shouldn't miss, loads of fun for everyone, especially if you're willing to join in.
The apartments are less than 5 minutes walk away from the centre, however you don't get disturbed by noise etc. There are loads of fabulous restaurants to choose between varing from Italian, Chinese, British to the tradional Greek.
One thing to mention is the cost of living - it is soooooo cheap, you seriously can't give your money away.
All in all we had a brilliant holiday, and as we're 2 travel agents we aren't that easily pleased. This is one accommodation that we'd recommend to everyone including our friends and family. We've already booked to go back next year. Don't miss out!
