This, I would say would be the best holiday I have ever been on. The rooms were clean the only downfall was the shower. There was a tv with music channels and news plus BBC1
The food was edible but it seemed to be near enough the same thing every night which might bother some people.
The staff and cleaners were very nice and friendly they always helped if you had a problem.
The location was good with a good view of the sea and there were bars and also English pubs around. The best one was just around the corner called Crazy Dasies.
Entertainment was reasonable with things like karaoke and bands and the drinks are cheap if your on half board.
I would definitly visit Palm Court again.

Hotel was very well located and excellent value for money. The rooms were serviced every day even on their public holiday. They would observe the "do not disturb" notice and clean your room later in the day.
The food was very good. Meat was carved by the chef and it was fantastic. There was a variety offered, including a fish dish. Salad was plentiful and the bread lovely and fresh - I kept going back for more as it was so good.
The only observation I would like to make is the narrowness of the corridors, lack of signage, small lifts and the "rabbit warren" of nooks and crannies where rooms were located/positioned.
On the whole the hotel is excellent value. Those on all inclusive should consider taking half board instead which would allow them to savour the delights of the local restaurants. The hotel serves well as a base and is very close to local transport which will take you everywhere. If you do not like travelling on buses, then there are a multitude of car rental firms on the doorstep.

We arrived like many guest's at 3am in the morning. As we entered our Bedroom the smell was so bad I had to cover my face!!!! There was slime running down the walls, wires hanging out, the Bathroom itself was a health hazard. We asked to change room, which was not a problem, the new room was a slight improvement as it did not smell so bad!!!
The beds were so uncomfortable we never had a good nights sleep, the sheets were a lighter shade of grey, the pillows had fag burns on them and if you actually looked inside the pillow case, you would die of shame. The towels they provided were shocking too.
The Food hall was so bad we decided not to eat at the hotel in fear of food poisoning. The pool was also another no go zone, fearing for our health again.
To be honest after two days of trying to make the best of a bad situation we just had enough and no longer could cope with the stench of this hotel, so we packed our bags and moved into a lovely hotel down the road (and paid again), because we just could not stand it anymore.
Please, please, please DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, you will regret it

ve been to this hotel 3 times and have always enjoyed a very cheap, clean and fantastic holiday. People pay pennies for an all inclusive holiday and expect the ritz when they get there. A holiday is what you make it. The food is of a buffet style and the breakfast has every thing you could want at breakfast time. They have a BBQ pool side everyday for lunch, Then a carvery style dinner (The beef was so tender it melted in your mouth). If you want 5* then pay for it, if you want cheap and very chearful holiday then Palm Court is for you, Great value for money, There were four adults in our party this year and we paid

I thought that the hotel was cheap and cheerful.It is the cheapest holiday that we have ever had,and we had no complaints whatsoever.We paid less for an AI than we would have had a self catering holiday elsewhere.We would definately recommend it to people on a budget.The people are extremely friendly both inside and outside the hotel.

I can't believe the reports we have read on several different websites!! It can't have changed so rapidly since I went there with my boyfriend and his family. We were well impressed with the hotel and the resort and all spoke of going back again this year!
The food was fantastic, the hotel and rooms were clean, it was ideally located (away from the busy, noisy town of a night but within walking distance if you wanted it), didn't really deal with the staff but seemed fine. We went out in the evenings but the bar always seemed to be filled with happy people when we got back!
Really shocked at some reports, definately recommend if you want a cheap but quality holiday.

This is the most revolting hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so dirty and unwelcoming we left the morning after our arrival.
