Do not stay in this hotel. It should have a government health warning.
My two friends and I booked a last minute deal and thought well as long as it is clean we should be ok. Were we wrong or what.
First impressions are nice hotel, good reception area, but walk to your room and the stench is disgusting. We got into our room to find that their idea of air con is a fan on the ceiling. Unfortunately it was not until the last day that we realised the switch was back to front, no wonder it was so hot. We were waiting for the fan to come off the ceiling as it wabbled that much.
When I moved the picture in the room there was a massive hole behind it!! The toilet got blocked one day so we complained, as we all do, and they sent an electrician to fix it who took one look and just laughed.
We went down to the pool the next day, no room at the inn, so we never went back having looked t the state of the water.... It might be cheap, but cheerful it is not.. It is smelly, unclean and not far off a youth hostel. no disrespect to youth hostels, but if we could have found one we would have stayed in it.
Take everyone elses advice from this site and avoid it at all costs. No wonder it was investigated on Holidays from Hell !!!

Palm Court hotel is ok.
But it is hard looking after 6 children, as most of them made riots during the night, and woke some people up.
The food is average and the entertainment is below average.
After being moved to a good room, it was safe again to sleep.
