it was great to walk or in my case pushed about without having to look at the floor for fear of treading on something from doggies....there is always something to do at this resort or even use as a base and go and explore the sights of spain..the beach is very clean,but i did not go on the beach,
the only little problem was there seemed to be an awfull lot of beggers,mainly romanians,but now we are in the eu i suppose we must expect this,its not just in spain other countries have beggers too,but dispite this dont let it put you off from visiting this beutiful country and the friendly resort of santa susana.

santa suzanna is a really nice family orientated resort. like most of spain there is a bit of development but the main streets and the beach are super! word of advice if you are planning to use the little train/bus around the resort (which is great) buy your tickets first (from the box office) dont buy them from the driver, we did this and got charged double!!! the market stalls set up each evening form 7.30pm and are really nice! the kids will enjoy a trip to the small funfair too!

entertainment was good for the kids, but for adults you would need to get on terrace early to get a seat, and the entertainment was a good standard.
they keep the sunbeds locked away untill around 8.30am, which i thought was good untill i went down to find towels laid on floor everywhere!
but all in all if i ended up at this hotel again i would not complain!

The resort was ok. not much entertainment in the resort for families. The beach is a shingle beach and was painful if you didnt have something on your feet.

what can say the resort was excellent plenty to do throw thw day and night , marineland was the best day out fun day out for all the family . cant wait to go again

If you are travelling on the Sunday or Monday and you don't have your towels and clothes before you go away, don't worry as there is a great market in town on the Tuesday. Jewellery, bikinis etc are cheap and look nice. you do get a bit hassled on the beach my the 'beach bums' who are trying to sell sunglasses, watches etc but just tell them to go away!

Resort family oriented and a bit quite would not recommend for a group of young people but definetly for families. Very clean and really enjoyed the walk along the shops its quite nice. Resort nicely situated for visiting different resorts in the costa brava. Would visit this resort again.

Nice flat promenade into the center where you can pick up your cheap cigs near Burger King.On Tuesdays the market occupies the road from Santa Susanna station into the resort center.Beach is very clean but shelves steeply and no lifeguards visible so watch your kids.
