We stayed here as the hotel club beleize where we should have stayed was not open due to major building works. Unfortunately we were the first lot of all inclusives and had major problems. We were questioned when we went back to the bar for a second round of drinks. The drinks were watered down, you had to have a vodka and orange and a vodka to even taste the vodka and we are not big drinkers. If you were in the wrong bar at the wrong time you were charged for the drinks, we were billed for coffees and sprites that we did not have, we had not even arrived, it took eight visits to reception to sort it out. We were locked out of our room twice on the last day, as we had to pay for our late departure room again as the booking had not been carried over and our bill and our friends bill were amalgamated and as we were over the credit limit which was about

I loved this hotel it was wonderful the cleanlyness was so clean and the food was gorgeous!
The staff (MEN) they were ALL gorgeous and especially the dj jan he was fit!
The hotel location was good as it was close to bodrom shopping!
I would definatly visit this hotel again but they would have to lower the prices!
I loved the entertainment as the team that did it tried there hardest and really made it enjoyable for the crowd it was also really funny!
I'd love to go back and the funny side is i'v actually spoken to the dj since ive been back as i have his phone number!!!!

My family and a friends family arrived at Club Ersan and expected a nice holiday.
At the end of our two weeks we found that the management was only interested in making as much as they could out of us via extortianate prices. We were a 'captive audiance' as it was a bus ride away to the centre of Bodrum. About 15 mins.
Bodrum itself and Gumbet were fantastic.
The hotel staff tried there best but the management were useless!!.
Not even allowed to take water into the hotel if bought outside.
'Card system' for buying there overpriced waterd down drinks and the credit on the cards seemed to 'vanish' easily?????.
I will not ever return to this venue but would go to Bodrum and Gumbet anyday.
