Booked in - stayed for an hour and checked out.
Very disappointed indeed. Ripped sheets, mattresses in the corridor - unhelpful staff added to unhelpful Jewell in the Crown staff back in the UK.

We transferred to this hotel from another and we were not disapointed.
The location, staff, cleanliness and food outlets were all excellent.
We have no complaints and have booked to return there again next year.
