The resort here is extremely clean and tidy. There is a few bars and restaurants around the area. The beach was a disappointment as it was a very pebbly beach but when the tide was out you could walk across the sand. I would definitely visit this resort again!

The best thing about this resort was Garbo's, but apart from that all there were, were a few electrical retailers, normal type holiday gift shops, some bars and two mini markets. Mini cabs are very reasonable so we visited 'melonares'(Sorry if spelt incorrectly) near the sand dunes, which cost us 8 Euros to get there for a great evening out. But if you are visiting don't forget your wallet! It has bars restaurants and very expensive but beautiful shops!! (Closed from 1-5pm)

The Orquida was the only hotel I could see in Bahia Feliz. There appeared to be some villas and apartments but not much else.

Just outside the Orquidea there is a small commercial area consisting of gift shops and supermarkets, a few restaurants and bars. It's all very clean and nice to walk around after dinner but those who are used to large shopping malls or long walks will be disappointed. There is a local show called Garbo's which is supposed to be very good. Taxi's to the neighbouring Playa Del Ingles and Maspalomas cost around 6 to 8 euros each way if you want explore a little further.

The beach at Bahia Feliz is small and has black sand and stony areas. There are plenty of sunbeds and a large sunbathing area. The waves can be quite large and whilst this is good for the surfboarders I felt that I had to keep a firm hold of my young daughter all the time whilst in the sea.

The resort was spotless cant fault the cleaners very good and polite. The resort entertainment was average. The beach was a let down as it was rocky and dangerous as the sea gets quite choppy NOT IDEAL FOR CHILDREN !!!

The resort is perfect if you want a safe quiet place to stay. There are a few restaurants in the square which are very nice.Pretty at night,it's lit up with fairy lights and there's a safe area for the kids to play while you have a drink and you can always see them.

A few shops and three small supermarkets. The biggest one is behind the park.

Entertainment was good for kids early on then more for adults after 9pm.

The beach is rocky and not really usable but there's a nice beach in the next resort,San Agustin which is about five minutes away by bus or taxi.

We would go back.

Bahia Feliz was a nice clean quiet resort, with nice little shops and restaurants.

The entertainment was mainly in the hotel as Garbo's is closed until August I believe. We would have loved to have seen some of their shows. Plenty restaurants around the resort, although as we were half board we only tried the Pizza place outside the hotel which was lovely.

The beach isn't fantastic, quite rocky, but there is so many other fantastic beaches a short drive away and the taxis are cheap.

We would definately visit the resort again to stay at the Orquidea.

Resort extremely clean, small and quiet which suited us. Not commercialised in any way. Beach dark volcanic sand and rocky. Not a beach holiday resort. Pretty resort

The only bad thing which ruined it for us was the sandy beach advertised in the brochure, on the web and on the virtual tour on the web.

We specifically look for a beach holiday and every effort was made to show the sandy man made part of the beach on the web which when we went down to the beach was miniscule and there was no way you could go in the sea as there was lots of rocks not stones or shingle but big rocks which hurt your feet.

We had to get a bus to Maspalomas which was much better.

The company needs to state this problem much more.

I wouldn't go back to this hotel because of this but i can see why so many families enjoyed it.

The small beach, if you can call it this, was very rocky and the tide was so strong that it was unsafe to swim, we ended up catching a taxi to 'de ingles where the beach was fantastic and the children were able to enjoy the sea.

The resort was very quie and not much in the ways of entertainment for anybody, a few shops and fewer restaurants!
