The resort was great for us with 3 young children.
We felt very safe venturing out a night no lager louts hanging around etc.

Bars opposite the hotel were fine not far to walk back although a little quiet at times. The beach doesn't quite live up to the picture in the brochure though and was quite hard trying to get the kids down to the sea for a paddle at times, although I'm not a beach lover the kids would have liked to have built a few more sandcastles.

We travelled to the beaches at San Agustin and Playa del Ingles which were nice.

The view of the beach from our room was superb though so this made up for it.

Very quiet resort, ok if your looking to relax and unwind in the evenings.

If eating out "macaroni's" is a must, a superb italian.

The resort itself is small and the Italian Style Square surrounded with all sorts of small shops seems to be the centre of attraction.

Absolutely beautfull at night. Beach not too good. but plenty to see by bus or car. Want to go back, will go back, when funds allow!

The resort is quite small but there was a square which had shops, bars, restaurants, amusement arcades and a kids park so there was enough to do and look at. The beach was ok but it was black sand so you can imagine what the kids looked liked when they had been on it. The taxis are cheap enough so you don't have to say in the resort all the time. Andy visited the water park which was great and also went go karting which he really enjoyed. All in all the resort is quiet, small and very clean but with kids in tow that is all we wanted anyway.

Resort is quiet but this is a relief after visiting the busier parts of the island.

Don't forget to take playing cards and colouring books for the kids......after a few nights wandering around you'll need them!

The resort was very good, shopping was excellent with well lit streets and very friendly shop owners.
and it's close to a main road so access to other parts of the island is easy

Typical Canarian beach - black sand. Small resort with a few shops and bars, the square is very pretty at night when it is all lit up.
