This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel. The entertainment staff (sam&Nino&gazza) are fantastic with the kids. The hotel lovely and clean and the maids and waiters are very polite. Cheers bar is a good laugh watch out for monems favourite words "take care" open till about 4am. Needless to say we are going back again July next.

Impressed enough with the Bel Air to return again in 2005, and we are so looking forward to it.
Pool was clean, well looked after, and the alert Said and Billy deserve great credit for what they do.
Entertainment team put a lot into things, during the day. Pool games were always a laugh with Sam and Mimi (now left to work in France) keeping things going - though Mimi's choice of music was a bit off, don't think it helped the waiters constantly changing it. At night they worked hard again, join in the cabaret - I did, and loved it!!
Food needs variety, and remembering they are catering for kids as well as adults.
Location wasn't the greatest in that it's 7Km from Hammamet, however, taxis are cheap and plentiful so it wasn't a huge problem.
The beach is only a quarter of a mile walk and fine.
Clean hotel, maid services were really good.
For lunchtime food, the Strand (round the corner to the left) is a great option, cheap and good food.
Can't wait to go back!!!!

We had a great holiday in Tunisia, staying at the Hotel Bel Air. We found the staff very helpful, friendly and they made us feel most welcome. The food was good, plenty of choice, and one could eat as much as you liked. The meats were not as well cooked as I would like, so thats something to watch out for. Deserts were good and lots of different choices, also fresh fruit was on offer, Thre was a great selection of salds. They were wonderful. Also there was a choice of two soups. So there was no need for anyone to be hungry, Breakfast was good two, Different breads, rolls, cold meats, lots of eggs, good choice of cerials etc. Fresh juices, coffee or tea. The rooms were cleaned every day. the hotel was very clean. The engertainers Mimi and Sam are great. They are always in great form and smiling. They work very hard and long hours and are great with everyone. They manage to remember everyone and make them feel special. Yes I woul recomend this resort and hotel

We visited the hotel as our honeymoon, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. To us the food was ok but we ate out in different restaurants more often than not. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and the cleaners did an excellent job, of the whole hotel aswell as our room.
The location of the hotel is great being only a 5 minute walk from the beach. We also went on a copule of the excursions from the hotel which were great and very memorable.
We were extremely pleased with the 2 entertainers Mimi and Sam, who made our stay in the complex complete, and gave us an unforgetable honeymoon. They were both full of energy and laughter, and were there for your every need.
We were so happy with everything, we rebooked within 24 hours of being home to go back next year.
So to Sam, Mimi, and all the hotel staff see you next year.

My Holiday to Tunisia was the best!! With me and my three mates it was such a laugh and the entertainment was so good, with Sam and Mimi always getting you in pool and having laughs with you!!
We met so many friends and miss them all loads. I would definetly go back! The night entertainment is also brill espeacially Cheers Bar with all the dancing and loud music!

My Daughter Rachel and myself, stayed here in the
Bel Air Hotel, and had a wonderful time, the weather
in Feb 08 was fab, as we were not expecting it to be
so good.
The hotel was excellent in the food, the entertainment.
All the staff were so kind and friendly, the could not
do enought for us,
The food was excellent, and the salads at dinner were
scrumptious and in variaty of choices, also the deserts, were to die for. Could not say one bad word
about this hotel. I would recomment anyone to go and
enjoy, they cannot do enough for you. The spa is also
wonderful, we both have massages and treatments done
and the cost was unbelieveable, in comparison to at home, here in Ireland.
We will difinetly go back to The Bel Air Hotel in the
future.

and we got on so well together.

Hotel was excellent all the staff were mad crack. We really enjoyed the entertainment staff Mimi and Sam and I would recommend it to anyone.
The food was lovely and I will go back one day I hope.

I had read the reports quite a few years ago, and as I hadn't been to Tunisia was very wary about the cleanliness of the place, but when we got there was stunned and shocked by how fantastic the hotel was.
The weather was fantastic, the people were fantastic, the food not great but everything else made up for it.
It was that good we all had holiday blues when we came back, and have decided that this year, 2005 we are going back and I am so excited.
Well done Belair, you may have regulars for years to come.
