A week on honeymoon....arrived at 3.00am too tired to notice the noise,second night a nightmare..room facing front directly opposite nightclub...very very noisy pounding beat all night until 6.00 am,tried to change room but staff not helpful advised to see manager following day. Both spent night alseep on bathroom floor.
Saw manager following day, totally ignored us left to junior member to sort out.Gpt achange of room at rear of hotel ...very quiet other than noisy people early hours getting back drunk.
Entertainment poor,breakfast also poor ( overpowering oily smell from cooking).
Cleaning staff very friendly a pity they were not employed as reception staff.
Wouldn't go again even if paid.

The hotel itself is lovely...its in the middle of everything you need. We chose bed breakfast but I only went to that once.
I didnt have much liking to the food at all but then again I am a fussy eater and ended up with an egg only.
For this hotel I have good and bad points which is what you would have for any hotel.
The hotel cleanliness was exellent they cleaned your room everyday until it was spotless, which was great.
The location of the hotel is great, it is in the middle of everything you need, bars, restaurants, kids activaties, shops, everything you name it. Although outside it can be loud but we never heard a thing from the inside.
There is no entertainment in this hotel but there is around 5 bars in the hotel you can go to. These have very friendly staff and each bar has its age groups so theres something for everyone.
There is a food restaraunt, 3 bars, a karaoki bar and a nice and quiet reception bar.
It is a very large hotel and new people are arriving everyday, a lot of Dutch and German.

Stayed at this hotel for two weeks and cannot fault it at all.
Self service breakfast was a bit fiddly until we got the hang of it.
Hotel cleanliness was excellent, and the staff very friendly.
Hotel location was perfect for everything, beach, bars, shops.
There was no entertainment in the hotel, but plenty going on around it.
The ocean grill just under the hotel serves great food and also has entertainment.
Would definitely go back to this hotel, we were in the old block, one room facing the pool bar and other facing the street and never heard the laser disco or any other bar

Hotel rooms very clean.
Breakfast a bit of a hit or miss affair would run out of various items get there 8.30, having said that there is a wide choice.
Pool area borders on the dangerous, holes in grating on poolside broken, reported this to rep when daughter fell through one cutting leg 3 days to fix it only after other complaints. There is also large drain hole with cover broken near snack bar I would not give much for my chances if I fell in never mind a child. Be aware would find sprinklers turned on to get you of the grass and on to sunbed for 5lev just move it just watch the gardener scratch his head as he mows the grass around the sunbathers and towels.
You will find the drinks prices vary from one lounge to another 1.80lev 3.00lev be aware there is no signs up telling you that you are not allowed to take your drink from one bar to another. I found out when I took my drink in to the pool room to play a game with my son only to be met by a aggressive bar manager shouting "different bar different bar" several times. This could be intimidating for some. Stand your ground and shout back "no signs no signs" he will just walk off and sit in a corner and wait for some one else. Becareful with your change some of the staff think you can't count, you only need to query one bill and they soon get the message. As the night goes on drinks get shorter the bill gets bigger. A couple of times my rum and coke came without rum?
Entertainment there is none make your own.
Would I stay at this hotel again - not even if you paid I am off to Golden sands next time.

The Pomorie is clean.
Food OK if you want to eat eggs for the duration of your stay.
Location of the hotel is in the middle of everything with the Lazur Nightclub straight across the road (very noisy).
Hotel staff could maybe smile sometime and no entertainment in hotel whatsoever!
No air conditioning, so you pay for fans, you want to sit round the pool so you pay for sunbeds, sunshades and cushions, your kids want to be entertained so you pay for kids club, you would like a cold drink during night due to cooking in your room from heat so you pay for a fridge.
After paying for your holiday which cost a small fortune you then do nothing but pay pay pay for other facilities in my eyes just one big rip off.
Definitely not going back there not even if I was paid.

This was my second time to Bulgaria I thought when we were driving to the hotel what a dump it never used to look like this 10years ago.
However the hotel was amazing, the staff were so friendly the rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaner was crying when I gave here a 20 lev tip, she folded the towels in different shapes everyday.
No entertainment at night and the pool bar was a bit strange I mean who carries money in a swimming pool it could do with a tab.
Try their parrot cocktail it was lovely. Would not fault the hotel.
However the hotel was amazing, the staff were so friendly the rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaner was crying when I gave here a 20 lev tip, she folded the towels in different shapes everyday.

Bed and breakfast was fine, cereal, toast and cooked food. The bananas were chopped up, thought they could have been left whole. I am into healthy food and did not find it healthy.
The room was clean.
Location is great, right across from the beach.
The staff were fine, some said good morning.
I would definitely visit this hotel again. It was AOA and I was very pleased being my first trip to Bulgaria.
Two things I would like to moan about, the pillows were hard like wood. I asked for a soft one and they gave me one. Also stayed at the front of hotel and the Lazur disco across the road was very loud until the early hours.
The room was clean.
Location is great, right across from the beach.

Hallo..We arrived early morning tired and ready 4 bed and were relieved to find a pleasant clean and tidy room.
Breakfast although quite a walk had everything anybody wants.
Bit of a problem around the toaster as placed in an inconvenient spot but no problem for us.
Cleaners were to be seen everyday and friendly. Reception staff have little idea about customer service, also the rep not helpfull.
Cash machine outside main door.
No entertainment ..would have liked to have had one evening.
Breakfast although quite a walk had everything anybody wants.
