We have just came back from our holiday in Bulgaria. Our party consisted of 4 adults and three children.
We were given two ajoining rooms on ground floor level just a couple of feet away from the pool (for 5) the other two adults were given a room in the next block.
The hotel was central for everything also very clean, maid service was daily and the pool was kept clean also.
Only two points. If we were to go back I would certainly only go on a self catering basis, as we paid for bed and breakfast and only ever had breakfast twice.
The cleaners are very friendly, hotel reception staff could learn a few points from them. The pool bar staff took a while but once you became a regular they are very nice.
Thinking about going back next year but will definately go on a self catering basis

Hi we are just back from holiday had a brilliant time,except for our hotel which became a nightmare as it was graduation time. Not just one night but about three nights,we had silly young boys banging on doors,making phone calls at 4.30am,hotel staff just did not care.
Our rep Emme was great she did try and sort it out but hotel staff just did not care. The maid we had was great really nice and friendly. Hotel staff should take a few lessons from their maids.

Me and my family went to bulgaria in June, we stayed in the Kuban Hotel. We really had a great time. Five of us went but we had to have two rooms. My father and my brother stayed in one room and My mother and my younger sister stayed in the room next door.
We arrived on the bus to the hotel it looked so fun there was loads of Slides in the hotel pool you've just got to go and visit the hotel. Me my brother and my sister loved the slides we went on them everyday!
The food was lovely even though we only had breakfast there. Anything you wanted they had from fruit. cooked breakfast, toast! The cooks prepared a lovely fruit salad but they only made a few so you had to race to get them!
The staff were very friendly and the cleaners done a superb job. The hotel didnt put on any entertainment but all was made up for around with shops open 24 hours a day every day.
All of us enjoyed and we have already booked again to go this year but this time are bringing some friends along to show them what its like.
