Arrived back home after no delays on friday 13th Oct I found all the staff to be polite and friendly at all times.

The food was ok and there were no tummy upsets cannot say that I found any major faults with the hotel and we will be returning again next year.

I travelled to the Coral Sea with my wife Karen and two children George and William. I can honestly say WOW!!!!! what a fantastic holiday. We enjoyed every minute.

The hotel is massive and therefore even when full it does not seem crowded.

The food was great a different choice every night but with the regulars of pizza, chips and pasta if you want them. You may experience an upset stomach when there but its not the food, my children ate what we did and were not ill. Blame the drink and excessive sun but not the food. The chemist was great cleared it up in no time. Just make sure you drink three litres of water a day.

The two pools were great always had a sunbed and only tipped when i felt it necessary, for example when the towel boys walked around and collected four beds from different ends of the pools and put them together for us.

Everywhere is spotlessly clean. There is always somebody cleaning morning till night. The same can be said for the gardeners who do a fantastic job keeping the hotel grounds looking idyllic.

The hotel staff are brilliant. They can never do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned well, the bar staff are quick and polite and the waiting staff will whisk your plate away even before you have finished!!!!!!!!!! They love children and cant do enough for them, thought this would make me nervous but it didn't they were fantastic throughout.

There is always plenty to do whether its the pool, outside games or the fantastic beach with snorkeling.

Finally I would like to comment about the entertainment. A holiday is as good as YOU make it, and the entertainment staff are there to provide you with opportunities to get involved and enjoy yourself. During the day there are events to do, and during your stay you will have something you like unless your a zombie. The night time entertainment has to cater for all types of people young and old and it does. Yes there is the regular bingo, have a go don't slate it you might win and enjoy yourself, don't forget to whistle on number 11 and choo choo on 59, after all its just a bit of fun. Erin is fantastic very funny, although she has a tendency to make children cry by beating them at challenge the entertainer such a cruel woman!!!! Someone say high to Erin from Peter from Stoke. Jamie is a hit with everyone great with kids and a cracking singer, not a bad footballer either (except hes a Birmingham fan). Sarah is not as posh and stuck up as the others make out, another fantastic singer and great laugh. Would someone please take her some vodka and paxo stuffing? Lesley is the scouser and funny with it. A very witty and talented girl another hit with the kids. This only leaves Helen the newest member. Helen is lovely, and a cracking dancer never has a smile off her face.

Well if your reading this you are either going or thinking about going. All I can say is you will have the time of your life. We did and hope we will again next year.

Wow what can we say about this hotel. It is the best place in the world. I had read many reports about this hotel and some made us a little wary, but we went with open minds and are glad we did so.

We arrived on the 10th Aug late due to the hand luggage situation, this made no difference to the way we were welcomed, we were handed refreshing drinks the minute we entered the hotel our cases were labelled and taken instantly to our rooms whilst we went to have a meal.

The next morning we went to have breakfast, well the choices were fantastic, so much to choose from and this continued every meal time.

The staff were incredibly nice and efficient.This hotel was so clean and this is due to the staff working around the clock.

If you wanted to leave the resort you could get a taxi or bus into Naama bay, the bus will cost

We arrived on 10/8 to a very warm welome by reception staff and despite it being just after midnight, food had been laid on in the Dine Around restaurant much to our suprise and delight.

The hotel itself is immaculate, superb inside and out. Our room was a lovely size despite the fact there was 4 sharing, it never felt cramped.
Pools & grounds are beautiful and with the beach on your doorstep, the location, in my opinion is brilliant. It is only 25 mins bus ride from Naama Bay so for us, ideally located away from the hustle & bustle of the town but close enough to visit for a change of scenery.

What a fantastic holiday. Just returned to England and can't understand what this wet stuff is falling from the sky! It has only rained 3 times in Egypt in the past three years!!

Travelled on 10 August after being delayed - a pain but we were grateful to have arrived safely.

Handed a drink on arrival and went to Dine Around for a meal. Whilst eating, the bellboy delivered our cases to our room for us.

When we got up the next morning we found the hotel to be everything the brochure said and more.

Food is wonderful. Every day for breakfast there was lots of choice from cereals, pastries and hot food. We loved the omlettes.

The BBQ lunch was lovely. Little burgers and kofte kebabs and some crisps made a welcome light change from the heavier selection of food in the Dine Around at lunchtime.

The evening meals in the Dine Around were fabulous. Every evening a different theme, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, traditional Egyptian, American - you name it the food was there. If you don't like to try anything new, there was always something on offer that you could eat. (Mini pizzas were lovely - we're going to make these at home).

Also at at the Italian and Mermaid restaurant in the evenings. The food at the Italian was lovely, if you're going, choose the fillet steak.

A special thanks to all staff at the hotel. Everyone made us feel welcome, all were very polite and always put themselves out to make sure our holiday experience at this hotel was a good one.

The Entertainment team worked very very hard. From water aerobics, sandcastle battles, water polo, lunchtime quizzes - if you wanted to join in there was lots to do.

We only have one downer - The First Choice Reps. It seemed every time we asked a question, they did not know the answer and did not really care. I asked if there was a bar and toilets at the ampitheatre and the rep said that he did not know, he hadn't been there. The next day I asked if we could get beach towels from the beach or if we had to get them from the pool and again was told they did not know. I got the answers I needed from the Egyptian staff at the hotel. We have been away with First Choice a number of times and have always found the reps to be very good, so could not understand this.

Apart from this a fantastic hotel and a fantastic holiday. Thank you Coral Sea.

Just returned home early this morning and already want to go back. What a fantastic place, the hotel was lovely, clean, what can I say about the staff apart from the best! they cannot do enough for you and are always busy but still manage to smile, especially the palms pool bar staff, the towel guys and Hibrahim a special hello to him he cooks the BBQ around the busy pool from 1pm to 3pm and also the lovely pizzas in the evening dine around, we all took a shine to him he would always greet us with a smile and a wave, in the end he made us pizzas twice the size of everyone else

The desk staff could not do more if the tried. The hotel rooms were spacious and kept very clean. There is a good selection of food and something to look forward to each night eg. Mexican, Chinese and indian cuisine laid on.

There are several pools and the pool attendants especially Mahmoud are particularly helpful The selection of drinks is a little monotonous, but they try hard with the cocktails.

There is one critisism and that is with the mini bars in the rooms, you are charged for whatever you take from from them,but also if you don't use them beware I was given a bill for

We found this hotel to be of the highest standard.
Pools exellent size always clean.
Food exellent so much variety to choose from.
Rooms so spacias and spotlessly cleaned.
Staff all exellent, special thanks to ahmed(pool bar).
Entertainment soso children enjoyed it adults made there own.
We would definately return to this hotel in the future.

ROOMS:
We stayed in a Select Room on the second floor (2234) and had a great view of the pool and beach from our balcony. The room it self was very clean and spacious with everything you needed, loads of little goodies in the bathroom. You also get a Movie channel showing some great movies.

HOTEL:
We found this hotel to be of a very high standard. Clean, welcoming, accommodating and decorated well.

FOOD:
We found there was always a good selection of food and plenty of variety.

BREAKFAST you had your normal omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs, pastries, toast, cereals, pancakes and fruit.

LUNCH you could have a 3 course meal in the dine around (we only visited this once during the afternoon) or you had the choice of the beach bar or BBQ by the pool - something for everyone.

DINNER was also always varied some nights you would be stuck for choice! They had a different theme every night like, Mexican, Chinese, BBQ etc.. And if you was ever stuck for something they had a pizza and pasta guy there every night. There was also a separate children's section and a healthy corner which has some lovely spicy potatoes. Watch out for the chocolate selection of deserts, by far the best selection.

ITALIAN is well worth a visit even just to break to week up and have a nice change of being waited on. You do have to buy your drinks in here but they are very reasonable a bottle of wine

Fantastic, large room that was cleaned daily and to a high standard. Lots of food to choose from and always something nice. Italian restaurant made a nice change. Tried the fish restaurant which is not part of the all inclusive - fantastic food but expensive. Hotel located right on the beach with it's own small coral reefs. Need a taxi to get into Sharm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment wasn't my cup of tea but it's not what we went for anyway, and other people seemed to enjoy it a lot. All in all a relaxing and wonderful honeymoon fortnight.
