Hotel was clean, room had a side sea view and a view of the pool, just big enough for a family of three. The room was a little tired and the bathroom needed updating, but kept clean. Fridge was refilled every day at 4 o'clock with soft drinks
The main pool is freezing cold. The childrens pool is warmer but needs a little tender loving care. The jetty which you walk out over the coral, is wooden and you need foot wear as it can be a little slippery. Sometimes it can be difficult to relax around the pool, it seemed that there was always somone that wonted to sale you something.
The food was okay but often luke warm, the eggs at breakfast were lovely. And the desserts were great, the grill house was okay in the evening but at lunch time not so good, the crepes were great too. We stayed over the christmas period and had our gala meal on Christmas eve, this included entertainment, which we all enjoyed. That was about it for the entertainment. There was a mini disco in the evening but nothing seemed very well orgainised.
The location was okay. It was easy to get a taxi to Nama bay, about 2.50 english each way (but you have to haggle, the same goes for anything you buy, never take there first price on anything).
The hotel staff were very friendly and would do anything for you. We did have a lovely Christmas, but I would not stay in this hotel again, I have stayed in better 4* hotels.

Stayed at Vacation, this hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the rooms are an adequate size, very clean.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food can be a little boring after a while but that is the same at most A.I hotels. Mexican, Grillhouse, Love Boat, My Place, Beduin night are somewhere else to eat on site. Recommend the Mexican and Grillhouse.
There is no need to tip alot the service is the same no matter what but the staff are appreciative,if you don't tip loads you still get looked after, there are around or at least five nationalities who use this hotel so be prepared for other cultures, rude or not.

We stayed at the Dreams Beach resort last year and tried the Dreams Vacation this year they are both great places to stay but of the two the Vacation was the better only due to it being smaller therefore quieter.
The food was excellent and catered for everyone the room spotless and very spacious, and the whole complex excellent.
All the staff we're friendly and happy to help and always ready to have a laugh with us. The snorkelling is fantastic and right on the door step.
The hotel animation team tried to get everyone to join in the activitied but are ofter taken over by the italians which do tend to monopolise the whole entertainment programme.
I would recommend this complex to anyone and would definitely go again.

The hotel rooms although basically furnished were spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
As Dreams Resort share the same complex as Dreams Vacations, there were quite a few restaurants to choose from including 2 buffet, 1 Mexican, 1 Italian, 1 grill house, 1 love boat and 1 a la carte this gave a good variety of food for all. The standard was very good for this area and we can certainly recommend the Italian along with the great waiter service.
There were also a choice of 8 or 9 swimming pools from children's to diving pools and the newest had four poster bed around the sun bathing area and a smaller one had some sun beds in the pool.

It was my birthday the day after we arrived and a cake was arranged by the hotel.
The place was very clean and well maintained,the food was good with plenty of choice it was so hot that we couldnt eat much anyway.
The hotel is close to namma but also far enough out to stop the hassle and noise of party goers.
The entertainment is another story it was non existant We all got excited and ready to watch the FA cup only to be told it wasnt being shown the animation team I found to be loud and rude on one occassion. We were sat by the pool reading and they blasted the music so loud we had to move.

Stayed in Dreams Vacation resort. Was very impressed.
All the hotel staff were very attentive and nothing was to much trouble.
The food was again un-faltable and so much selection, being a vegertarian I was a little aprehensive, but there was absolutley no need, also, being able to use the other restaurants was great, and the 'Pergola restaurant I was very impressed with the food menu and service.
The hotel grounds were maintained to a very high standard, and the hotel itself and our rooms were all cleaned also to a very high standard. I would certainly recommend it and would not hesitate to go back again.

The rooms are in clusters set around the complex and this complex is big. 5 swimming pools but not enough sunbeds pool towels are provided. Even going down to the pool at 8am in a morning wasn't early enough to get a sunbed so what time some get up to get one I don't know.
The hotel is very clean and you get the same cleaner for your cluster and your mini fridge is restocked each day with water and either cola, fanta or orange fanta. The buffet restaurant can get rather busy in the evening. Lunch time you can eat at either the pool bar, the grill bar or in the main buffet restaurant. At night there is 3 restaurant's which you can use once per stay in the all inclusive the My Place restaurant which is a la carte, the Italian restaurant (which is poolside) and the Grill House but you have to booked them in advance of the night you want to eat in either of them.

As a single traveller I was a little worried about staying in Egypt but this hotel was really good,the staff were always friendly and helpful,as were the reps.
My rep Clare was brilliant and also Ben who came on some excursions with us.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and compared to some other reports from hotels this one was tops.
There was a good selection of food each day and it was always hot,the drinks were limited on the spirits but that was to be expected,no problems with sun beds etc.
I went on the Cairo trip by coach it was a long journey but worth while and only cost 1/3rd of the price of the flight trip good value for money I thought.
I will definitely be going back.

Great hotel.... food was great so much choice, staff are excellent cant do enough for you .there are eight pools all of them are nice just be prepared for a shock as the pool water is kept chilled during winter months so its not boilin hot in summmer. yeah you might have to wait a few mins at the bar but who cares its a holiday isnt it ... go there and enjoy
