Visited this Hotel in Sept, had read previous reports and had visited area before so went with eyes open. Couldn't fault the mafority of the hotel and facilities.

Room - Excellent and clean - on the first day Abdullah our room attendant came specifically to introduce himself and from then on was nothing but helpfull - often overfilling the mini bar from what is exepcted.

Pool/Beach - loads of variety, loads of space - having read early reports that 5am wasn't early enough to get up for a bed we were worried but never once experienced this whatever time of day we surfaced.

Food - Lots of variety, we never experienced a meal where there was not the right amount of choice for us to be pleased - all the restraunts were clean and food was hot and fresh - only downside was moaning brits !! If you want chips all the time then stay at home !!!

Drink - having visited this and other 'non-drinking' countries before i knew that the bar service was never the best and wasn't let down by my fears - often when you visited the bar even if no one was waiting and there were 3 people behind it, you could wait 5 mins until they had not seen you 100 times !!. i tried a differed tactic this time and got talking to 1 barman behind 1 bar, tipped him a couple of uk pounds on night 1 and then every night after that he was more than attentive ...

Beautiful hotel great pools, spoilt our holiday cause kids could not wear t-shirts in pool which is quite diabolical in Egypt heat lots of complaints about that as kids were badly sunburnt.

Had very bad stomach upsets glasses not washed out right and flies all over food.

Food was ok but not 5 star more like 3 star.

Bar staff were awful rude don

The Hotel was very good the complex was very well maintained you saw straff attending to the gardens all the time. The rooms were spacious and kept very clean by the cleaning staff.

The location was great as you could get the free shuttle bus into Namma bay which was situation about two miles away. The hotel is set near the sea. The snorkeling was amazing.

The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure you had everything that you required wanting to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The entertainment could have benn improved as this was a little dissapointing. the same oriental show was played over and over again but there was some variation at times. I would definately visit this hotel again.

Even though we were there when the terrible terrorism attacks occured in Namma bay they didn't effect us much at all and everything went back normal after 24 hours. Do not feel worried about visiting Sharm el Sheikh. All the holiday reps were brilliant along with the all the hotel staff and the Egyptian people.

We have just arrived back from Dreams Beach after 2wonderful weeks,we cannot fault anything about the hotel, staff, food or clealiness. The only thing we could fault is other holiday makers constantly moaning and complaining.

The staff at the hotel had very high standards and were truly lovely people. From reception staff to waiters and cleaners they could not do enough for you. Our rep Alison was wonderful especially after the bombings. My 14yr old son had a fantastic time.

We made the most of Dreams Vacation the sister hotel which had marvellous pools. Quad biking in the desert was amazing so was swimming with dolphins both of which arranged by Moses at the pool.

I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be returning one day.

We found this hotel to be lovely. We had read previous reports but we found it to be first class.

The food was very good and the staff there are excellent. They will do anything for you and the adore children.

The pools where really good but the best one is in the sister hotel Dreams Vacation as this is quieter and you can eat in their hotel with your all inclusive band even though some people say you can not. We did for 10 days!!!

The mini fridge in your hotel room is free of charge and you can drink as much of the bottled water and pop as you like as it is all topped up everyday.

The kids disco was OK but the night time entertainment was not very good but you can go to Naama bay as it's close and have a few good nights there.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone as it was lovely.

Also it is worth walking down to the jetty on the beach as the fish swim between your legs and they are beautiful. Also if going into town of Naama Bay always use free shuttle bus from hotel as taxis are not very good! Also there is a man selling Aquascope tours in the hotel, the seascope one with your travel rep is a lot better, we tried both and found seascope better.

After staying in Namma Bay only 12 weeks before I was so disappointed and reduced to tears by this holiday the hotel was a 1970s 2*

There were inadequate number of parasols for the number of beds around the pool also no gap between the beds/ The location of hotel was a nightmare not much of a dream and not a beach it was a deep jump into unsafe water.

I did complain to our rep at the time and we also managed to get one family moved !

This hotel would be ok if it was a very cheap deal if you paid a few hundred pounds it would be good value but after staying at other hotels in Sharm I know it is a total rip off and should have at least 2 stars taken from its ratings.

Entertainment was the same man singing every night!

We spent most nights out of hotel and eating and drinking in town which is a fantastic place. I wasnt going to write this report as we escaped the bombing by 1 night and felt very lucky but since my arrival back friends with children have been to book holidays to Sharm and are still being offered Dreams beach !

Stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and it was alright but I wouldn't go again. Supposed to be 5 star all inclusive but you have to pay for bottled water and all the bars near pool, sea don't open until 10am. The barman once had a moan at me for ordereing 4 beers at once, even though he pours half beer half froth in tiny glass and 4 together wouldn't even equal a pint.

Rooms were nice and very clean. Hotel had a bedouin tent with shisha pipes and relaxed atmosphere. 2 pools and a few bars.

Entertainment in the evening was awful but in the daytime there was a few bits and bobs going on.

Booked some good excursions... boat trip to Tiran island with food + drink =

This hotel was fantastic. It was kept very very clean. The rooms were nice and spacious and our room cleaner was lovely!

The food was good but a bit repetitive. There is not much outside the hotel but its only a 5 minute drive to Naama Bay.

The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and would help you the best that they could. The entertainment is not up to much. Every night the animation team has the kids up to dance for about 15 minutes and then they get some adults up for contests such as Miss and Mr Dreams Beach, Best Couple etc. They were quite good, but that is about all there is.

The massage at the pool is excellent, if you go ask for "Yasser" he was great! I would definately recommend this hotel and will be visiting it again!

Hotel cleanliness is very good exspecially the public toilets. The swimming pool is of a good depth and the same all round with a water slide and a fenced off childrens pool, but there is insufficant sun umbrellas for the amount of sunbeds.

The food is of good choice and something for everyone, the my place restaurant is highly recommended, location is good, and Namba bay is of easy reach by taxi or shuttle bus, the jetty can be difficult to climb back up from, but must be visited just to see the fish.

Hotel staff are very friendly and more than helpful. The only let down would be the entertainment, during the day the activitys are there if you wish to join in, and the animation team are very nice, but the evening could be a lot better, there are the lobby bars but can become boring.
