We actually stayed in the Bitzaro Palace next door to The Bitzarro Grande, we were on our Honeymoon, It was so amazing, we arrived to a beautiful reception area and was greeted by the very friendly staff!!! Spotless and spakling clean, we were half board although the food was not bad we really wanted to spend nights out in the many restaurents along the main road, (was within walking distance with many shops).
The Location was great, nice and quiet around the hotel during the day and evening great for couples and families.
The hotel Bar provided entertainment twice a week we Played play your cards right,everyone got involved, very funny and the girl who host's it is fantastic! Theres a great bar called The Drunk bar where we caught up on Big brother and films being shown, my husband gave them his Chelsea football top and they have pinned it to the ceiling if you go there you will see our names and date written on it!
We would definately visit this hotel again, we met a great couple from Scotland who will be life long friends! You must stay in room 407 its great, very spacious. Have fun if you go!!!!

We only stayed at the hotel for one week, not our main holiday of the year. The hotel looked really good in the brochure but we were a little apprehensive as they don't show or tell you everything about a hotel or its location. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised!!
The room we had was large and could easily have accommodated a third bed and still have plenty of space. The 'room-mates' as they are called were very through cleaning and making beds etc. Our room had safe which only cost 10 euros for the week. All the staff are very friendly and want you to enjoy the facilities and the holiday.
The food was good and although there was always a choice it was quite limited. I think this was due to the fact the hotel was under occupied during our stay. But having said that I think I've put on about half a stone, well you have to try new food ... don't you!
The only thing to disappoint us was the evening entertainment, we thought that the hotel would have more guests and that would mean more eb=vening activities ... Roki you did a wonderful job though, it can't be easy trying to get people to play games during the day when it's 30c +
Most evenings we would play bingo or music/general knowledge type quiz (watch out for the main prize, a Roki music CD) .... I still say that an anaconda is the longest snake but Roki says otherwise :) ... the debate went on for a few days
The hotel itself was just off the main road through Kalamaki, with the usual tourist shops and restaurants. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach ... yes we saw the turtles, we found the best way was to get a pedalo (10 euros for an hr)
During the day there was quite a few planes that fly close to the hotel but in all honesty they didn't bother us too much, and even though the airport is a stone's throw away, it's not that noisy .... but then I'm not sure what it would be like July/Aug

Just back from a weeks holiday, staying in this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel rating 3* plus or 'B' category in the brochures and only about 3 years old. It is very large and airy with over 500 rooms. When we were there, only 18 rooms were in use as it closes next weekend. The whole hotel is bright and spacious with a very large swimming pool and also a seperate kids pool and jacuzzi. It also has a gym for the masochists (my husband). We were B&B and the breakfasts were OK but a bit unimaginative. Next year this hotel is going to be 60% all inclusive, I am not sure how that will go. The food at the pool bar was excellent and not expensive, we ate there most lunchtimes. The rooms are just like the rooms in good quality hotels in the UK. There are 3 beds to each room, bath and shower in nice toilet. There is more than ample wardrobe and drawer space, we only used less than half of it. The bed linen is from Guy Laroche Paris and is changed frequently. We also had a fridge inside a cabinet which was ideal for your water and snacks (chocolate!!!) There was a TV in our room with Sky news and sports. The gardens of the hotel are absolutely beautiful considering the hotel is only 3 years old. There are more than enough sunbeds and parasols to go round and I heard that even in the height of the summer there was enough for everybody. 2 couples we met had already stayed at the hotel earlier in the summer and we also met a lady from London whose husband is Greek and he has stayed there about a dozen times. There is some aircraft noise as the planes fly very close by but it is over in seconds.
In my opinion this was by far the nicest hotel in Kalamaki and we visited a few. I would have no hesitation in going back there, if anyone needs any info on this hotel, contact me through here.
