Cleanliness of hotel was exceptional.

Food was fantastic, in fact so good that we changed form half board to full board.

Location of hotel was okay, we knew before we travelled that it was on the outskirts of Benidorm, it does not cause any problem as the buses run every 15 minutes from outside of the hotel.

Hotel staff were very pleasant they would go out of their way to help you.

With regards to the entertainment this was non-existent from Sunday to Thursday, again not a problem because of all the entertainment in the centre of town so much to choose from.

We would definitely go back to this hotel it definitely lives up to 4 star

I travelled to this hotel independently and booked via Thomson. We went half board.

I agree with the comments above but we were not too impressed with the food. We changed from the dinner option to the lunchtime and found that the staff couldn't wait to get you out of the dining room even thought the hotel was only half full. If you put your knife and fork down for a minute the plate was whisked away!! I was not terribly impressed with the food as breakfast was last night dinner heated up at times.

Again there is no entertainment apart from a man on an organ a couple of nights and a TV which is always on the Spanish channel.

The room was lovely really big and my son had a double settee folded down and there was still plenty of room.
The spas were free at this time but they were going to start charging in May. There is also an excellent gym which we used.

It is away from the beach but the walk won't kill anyone and there are buses that go there. It is a lovely place to tour around from if you have a car and a visit to Altea up the hill is well worth it.

I would use this hotel again as it is quite upmarket as can be seen by the number of Spanish who stay there. Kids will ove the little pool with slides although it is quite cold.

We booked this hotel knowing how far back it was as it is past Benidorm Palace but is on a good bus route and taxis at night to get back from around the square never cost more than €5.

This hotel is really impressive from the moment you arrive. It is very modern and the reception staff were helpful upon check-in. The corridors are carpeted which is a nice touch. It is actually split into 4 blocks with a lift serving each block and the maximum amount of floors in each block was 3. The room was really spacious with two good sized twin beds and a convertible sofa. The only downside was that you could only really use one half of the wardrobe as your clothes dragged on the top of the chest of drawers that were inside on one half. The balcony was big with flower beds and was good for young children as you had the balcony rail and then a concrete flower bed which was a good 2 foot thick. The bathroom was really nice and had complimentary toiletries.

The safe was €2 per day with €5 deposit and you can choose your own 4 digit number. There was also a fridge and you could buy a mini bar pack if you wanted.

There are 2 indoor pools, one with really powerful water jets and also 2 jacuzzis which are currently free to hotel guests as the hotel has only been open a couple of months. There is a nice outdoor pool and plenty of sunbeds and also a pool with slides for children and a seperate childrens play area and there is also going to be an indoor play area for kids. There is the bar near reception as well as another room currently being used for the entertainment as well as a couple more conference rooms. The hotel restaurant is nice and there is a good choice of main meals but not much choice for dessert and I thought the food could do with being a bit warmer. Each night there is a choice of fish and meat which the chef will cook fresh for you and he also cooks fresh eggs at breakfast.

We found the price of the drinks quite good in the hotel and you could also add these onto your room bill if you gave them your room card to swipe. The restaurant staff were friendly but the bar staff tended to serve the Spanish guests first.

We arrived on a Wednesday and the hotel was really quiet until the weekend when a lot of Spanish guests seemed to arrive.

A late checkout room will cost you €40 although we decided against this option.

This is a really nice hotel which feels like the 4 star hotel that it is and I would definately recommend it due to it's fantastic facilities even though it is a good walk to the main resort. Our room was overlooking the road and when you had the doors closed you heard no traffic noise whatsoever and we also never heard any other noise in our room.
