After reading some reviews about this hotel we were all worried about what to expect. We needn't have worried as it was a large spacious, clean, lively hotel with plenty going on. Staff and Animation Team were fab.
The hotel room we were given was two interconnecting rooms which both had separate bathrooms. Very clean and plenty of room for clothes. The showers were a pain as they kept going from freezing cold to boiling hot which was awful whilst in them but not a real problem. The tv has only 1 english channel and thats the news channel which was a bit bad but not much tv watched anyway.
The pools were lovely and quite warm. My youngest son enjoyed the Aqua Water Park which was there at the hotel. It had seven slides in it and made younger childrens and teenagers happy.
Food was very good and yes like all hotels 2nd week can be a bit of the same from the first but lots to choose from and none of us went hungry.
Entertainment in day was filled with usual water polo, darts and other fun activities. I personally chose to lay and sunbathe all day.
Night time entertainment was really dancing shows which can get a little boring for teenage lads but after the shows every night there was a very good disco outside and our teenagers loved this as this is where they got to spend time with their new found friends.
The alcohol menu for all inclusive was there own lager, gin, vodka, raki, schnapps ( all flavours). I am a rum/barcardi drinker but you had to pay for this. There was plenty of soft drink choices for children and adults. Water was in bottles around the hotel in the fridges so easy to get your hands on.
This was a very good holiday!! What more could we ask for sun, sea and sand definetely all good. Teenagers never saw them at all so that is a bonus while away. As long as they happy me and husband was happy.

The hotel and pool area very nice clean, I have been on many all inclusive hoteld and the food here was one of he best. You could still get sunbeds round the pool until 10 ish. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good english.
The entertainment was good but not much varity. Main pools very all one depth so if you have youngests who are not great swimmers, I would recommend the flumes pools as they could touch the bottom.
Easy 5 mins reach to Belek town, 6 euros in taxi, 1 euro each on bus.
Rooms a good size. I was in the Hotel not the bungalows.

I went to the pine beach resort with a friend and her family so that made us 4 ladies aged 16, 40 and 60. We read the reviews before we went and were quite worried about the waiters and all the negative reviews. Unfortunatly we had horrible flight times so we arrived at about 4am and the night staff were not helpful at all! They were useless. They couldn't speak any real english and they were telling us that we had 2 rooms, one the 1st floor and and the other on the 4th but we wanted them together. After a while we finally got a room for the night, one for all four of us. In the morning after everyone had some sleep and the night staff were gone we went back down to reception and they tried to sort it out for us, it turns out the the nightstaff had put us in a master suite, one of only four in the hotel and because they didn't have 2 rooms close together they said we could keep the suite for the week for the same price as what we had agreed. That turned out to be a pretty good thing considering our suite was massive, had a balcony as big as the rooms and a hottub out there :) We only stayed for a week but it was brilliant and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The animation team were alright but we could never stay for a whole show, the only time we did stay was when it wasn't the animation team because they wern't the best dancers in the world unlike the guests they got in. Make sure you get up early and put a towel on your sunbed or you won't get one! The Russians are a right pain and you might find you have to use your elbows at the bar! Also if you have teenagers (or are teenagers) you have to look at least 17 to get served at the bar, we didn't have a problem but just watch out. It was a brilliant holiday and i would deff go back!

Just got back from staying at the Maritim and have had an enjoyable time overall. The food was nice but very repetative and the hotel is only yards from its own beach with free lilos. Hotel is very clean, there was always someone cleaning different parts of the hotel. Would agree with other reports saying that majority of other guests were Russian and ignorant and the entertainment was mainly geared for other nationalities although the kids disco did entertain the kids for a short while in the evening.
The hotel is a few miles from anywhere so you have to get a bus or taxi into nearest town of belek but to be honest there is not much there.
Would suggest pre-booking late check out of the room at time of booking as when you do it at the hotel they charge 10 euros an hour for every hour you want to stay after the 12pm checkout time. Also there was no air conditioning on in hotel rooms in October and this made it uncomfortable on a night.

The upside the hotel was excellent similar to what you would find on a carribean island own beach with free non motorised sports, large complex, several swimming pools(have the use of sister hotel(they are joined)including a mini waterpark with 8 slides)several snack bars,2 main restaurants and several bars, the safe is free to use, free towels for the beach and pool area, some of the staff are friendly especially around the main pool bar,for the Golfer there are a few golf courses around the resort, the local market on a saturday is quite good not as cheap as other resorts still good. The down side most uk flights where at terrible times, the main restaurants seemed to serve the same food everyday with very slight variations, the whole resort was about 90 percent russian(very ignorant,up early to put towels on sunbeds sometimes never to use the bed, caught one youngster urinating next to my lounger whilst his mother was on the next bed i wasn't amused, they like trying to push in any queues and the men like wearing the old tight speedo trunks). The only way i would go back is if the russians had a recession, it a shame.
