Stayed in large 2 bed apartment overlooking pool.
Looks just like the brochure.
Beach at end of pretty garden full of lemon, orange and pomegranate trees. Sand/sea clean
Huge variety of food, entertainment aimed slightly at Germans.
Kids aged 15 + 17 loved it. Enjoyed meeting a variety of nationalities at hotel.
Beautiful walk along beach at night!
The best parasailing is from beach kiosk- on right along beach outside hotel.
White water rafting-great fun day out.
Best night when staff moved all of the dining room outside for a huge garden party/barbeque.
Staff appreciate you learning a few words of Turkish ie hello, thankyou.

I would say that the all inclusive was excellent.

The hotel was very clean.

The food was great.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel could do a bit better with its entertainment and I am visting the hotel for the second time this year.

The hotel was great you don't have to take any towels, they are provided three times day for the beach and the pool.

The food was lovely and well presented. Must try Turkish and fish restaurant.

Grand Kaptan was a lovely hotel to stay in, the staff were very friendly and were always there to help. The food was lovely as well they had everything even chips.

The location was great there was a walk way to get to the beach which was just across the road and the traffic wasn't to bad either.

The entertainment was alright some nights it was repeated so there was no point going some nights but we didnt go to the entertainment at night much anyway because we made friends with the locals and went to there restaurant every lunchtime and every night.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the hotel rooms were great with a lovely bathroom and living space and balcony.

This hotel is the VERY best you can ever get in the world!

The staff are very friendly, food is excellent and the entertainment is super! The hotel rooms, gardens and surroundings are clean and very well maintained.

If you visit this hotel then visit the carpet shop and see Zemo and his brother, I warn you that they might want you to buy a carpet but they are very good quality!

The best waiters are Abdullah, Halil and Ugel, these waiters are very friendly and funny!

I recommend this hotel to anyone!

I agree, it's the best holiday we've ever had, us Smith's went there in Oct 1999 and haven't found anything as good.

We've just returned from our holiday at the Hemera and loved it so much we've booked again for half term this October!
Booked with Thomas Cook after recomendation and I've got to say that the brochure does not do it justice...it's much much better.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff are great. We stayed in a split level 2 bed apartment so cannot comment on the hotel rooms but our apartment was fantastic. The only one negative comment I would make is that they only provide you with one key which was a bit of a problem with three of us. The fridge was replenished with AI drinks and fresh linen was provided daily.

The food was great but if you don't like the Buffet style restaurant you can dine at the open air Turkish or Fish restaurant in the hotel. If you try Sofra, the Turkish restaurant please say hi to one of the waiters, Mesut, who couldn't do enough for us...tell him that 'Big Beckham' is coming back in October for another Raki or two !

The large number of German guests show how good the hotel is but they do tend to get the towels out early on the sunbeds...there's enough to go around for everyone but I think it's inbred and at the end of the day it's the only thing they can beat us at!. The beach is fantastic as the hotel probably sits on the best bit, the sea is like a warm bath..28 degrees when we were there. It's about a 30-40 minute stroll along the beach to Side if you're feeling energetic. If you want to do any trips before you book with the rep speak to Si at the Ali Baba Watersports centre on the hotel's beach. We went white water rafting with him for

Our family have just returned from this hotel on 22/04/02 Hemera is a fabulous hotel and all my children aged from 11 - 16 had a wonderful time there. The food was yummy with lots of variety to cater for even the fussiest of eaters! The rooms were clean and the staff were lovely and could not pay enough attention to your needs; the grounds are beautiful and I will never forget the orange scent that welcomes you as you look out onto the ample sparkling pool from the balcony upon arrival. Side town would have been better if we were not constantly harrassed by shop owners so beware!! I would not recommend you to go with very small children or if you have trouble with stairs as there are no lifts but I am afraid that you would be missing out on a great holiday experience. HEMERA, LISTEN UP AND GET A LIFT INSTALLED...Please take it from us that this hotel is worth a visit, we have tried to book (unsucsessfully) for next Arpil as we would have enjoyed another visit. You will probably feel the same. Have a Raki on me when you arrive...
