Food was mostly strange salads and mostly the same every day for two weeks, with changes made to hot food each day. Hot food was lovely. Could improve, but was okay all and all.
Location was good for me, but not for someone who wants to be out partying and pubcrawling. I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle..and we did. Far enough away from partyers, but close enough to shopping, restaurants, tesco (kippa), beach and bus to the town centre (10 Minutes on the bus).
Lack of entertainment but it might pick up as guests pick up.
Clean rooms, but there were cracks in the floor and ceilings which brings the value down. I knew what to expect so I thought it was okay.
The staff were LOVELY. They were always smiling and welcoming and the servers were a major source of entertainment to our teenage girls!

hotel staff very unfriendly and rude including mananagement
pool is booked out for weddings,birthdays,circumcition parties etc... so you have to leave by 4pm - this happened on 2 occassions for us
hotel has every thing - table tennis,volleyball,football,badminton,waterpolo but i`m afraid none of it is used as they dont or didnt have when we went a animation team(pool table down stairs but have to pay)
nothing for children only a pool with slide which was ok - but gets very boring when that is all for children to do
staff who clean and cook bring their children to run riot around pool and hotel their ages varied between 2 and 14 years
food is served outside with flies all over it - snacks are pizzas and you have to run for it
cats are very friendly !!!
rooms have aircon box to the living space not in bedrooms
hotel itself in middle of no where , no pubs clubs cafe nothing only a supermarket over a busy dual carriageway
bar only serves raki,beer and vodka
if i could have put 0 on food - location - staff and entertaiment i would have
