Wonderful!!! These villas are beautifully located on a golf course. Spotlessly clean, very large and have everything you need for a villa holiday. The Super-Walmart is just at the entrance to Southern Dunes so it's really convenient for food shopping etc. Try Manny's Chophouse for eating out, or there's a Chili's up the road and the usual fast food places. The villas aren't located on top of the theme parks and that suited us perfectly. I would not hesitate booking a holiday here again.

Our Villa was as can only be described as someting out of "Dynasty" the level of clenliness was A*+ the villa was extremely large and very well maintained.. it had every thing you could wish for, (Master bedroom was to die for i just wanted to stay in bed all day its not very often you go on holiday and find a bed that is more comfy than your own but this was).
The Grounds around the villa were superb strict restrictions on when to put litter out and when the empty bins had to be back in by!
They also had very strict ruling on children, that no children were allowed to play in the street at all as it was residential area which was nice because after a day at the parks around millions of kids quiet time was nice! We have a five year old and although we are firm believers that kids should be kids and enjoy themselves we also like to have respect for others...
Our villa was a five minute walk to Walmart (which was great for the odd few things that we girls always forget to get and then come back with 500 bags of everything thats going).
Our pool was excellent but i would recommend to anyone that they have their pool heating on it is well worth the

Although this wasn't the accommodation we had booked, (American company changed it), after arriving late at night exhausted we were glad to get to sleep, so in the end we were delighted with our villa.
Plenty of room for everyone, lovely private pool, next door to Wal-Mart. Southern Dunes is a bit further out than we have stayed before but easy to find and fine for relaxing after busy days at the parks and Easter is VERY BUSY.
Allow yourself a good 40-45 mins to Disney depending on when you travel.
Would certainly consider staying at Southern Dunes again.

The villa we stayed in was out of this world. It had 4 bedrooms so we all had our own space and the kids loved having the freedom of our own private pool - just what you need after a day at the theme parks. The villa had all mod cons including air-con....an absolute must in Florida. Taking children it was also great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The villa was just the right distance from the theme parks to ensure you could have a nice relaxing time.
