Went to Terreza Mar Sunsuites late Nov & arrived just after midnight, got room immediately & safety deposit box. The room was lovely & clean, spacious and the patio/garden nice and big, complete with table & loungers.
Hotel staff were good, although the rep (NICK) was useless if you need towels etc see reception, they sorted it out in mins! Stay away from the reps hang out HROCK cos its got crawly's scuttling about!
However slightly off track there, the hotel is fantastic, pools are clean one situated on 11th floor the other across the road in the sister complex. There is also a baby pool for the toddlers across the road and plenty of sun loungers all round. The shopping arcade is no problem to get to just a bout a few mins walk & plenty of cheap but nice resturants mainly on the upper walkway.
To round it up there is plenty to do, nice crazy golf courses & bars a local waterpark but we went on a day trip to Aqualand in Masplomas which was LOADS of fun & just bout 20 euro each!!
Mogan market is also worth a visit if you like to haggle and that is about 20 euro each for a half day trip & boat ride back.
I loved this place & will be going back with my Fiancee soon.

Overall, an excellent holiday at Terrazamar suites(yellow parasols).
Hotel and apartments are spotlessly clean. Apartments are very modern/spacious and even have a ceiling fan in bedroom and living area. Although my wife informs me the hairdryers in bathroom are not very powerful.
Hotel in an excellent location being only 5 minutes walk from water park and europa centre(with all its cheap supermarkets,bars and restaurants), via the gate on floor 1.the beach is a further 10 minute walk, although there are plenty of refreshment outlets on the way!!!!
The food and drink at the poolside bars (Sullivans) is very nice/reasonable, especially with the october specials.all the hotel staff, including sullivans bar and the cockroach killers(cats) are very friendly.
As there was no entertainment during October we had to go over the road to the sun suites (part of the same complex) but we found this very good and family orientated.
We will definitely be returning next year.

Arrived late,quickly issued keys to our room.
Room pleasant,balcony huge, appeared bigger than the whole apartment:2 sun loungers, umbrella, table & 3 chairs & still loads of space. Not overlooked that much.(even saw lady below us sunbathe naked!!)
No air con, we arrived in middle of heat wave-49 degrees!! We got a fan 1st thing in the morning which helped.15 euro pw to hire. If you are there 2wks cheaper to buy as only 15euro down town. After couple of days it cooled down a lot.
Pool excellent, no worries about sun beds, plenty there and spacious area. Food good at poolside too. Staff friendly at pool but not as much at reception.
Internet available at reception.
Take care with the patio doors-ensure BOTH sides locked. We didnt know both ends opened. our neighbours had their bags, perfumes, bracelet stolen through night coz their other side of patio was un-locked. If sleeping close your windows, another guy was asleep in the living room in afternoon and had his walet stolen from the table. This stuff happens abroad, just be aware like you would at home.
When you leave the complex there is a short walk to some steps that take you down to central area, told some 80 steps, not too bad. alot of other apartments are a lot higher!
Definitely stay here again.

Arrived late at night. Got into hotel room right away.
Room was spotlessly clean, and was surprised to see a huge balcony.
Cleaners cleaned room everyday.
Great to see fans in the two rooms of our apartment.
Tv cost 15 Euros for the week. Which i personally preffered rather then having to put a euro in the slot every 30 mins like i have done in the past in various hotels.
The pool was a very enjoyable experience too. Loads and loads of sun loungers.
Only down side was the apartments were about 15 mins away from the beach. But an enjoyable walk to get there, the taxis only cost 2 euros to get back.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Terrazamar Suite and we would consider staying again.

Terraza Mar Sun Suites - apartments very clean and spacious, balcony very large with table, umbrella and chairs, 2 loungers, seperate kitchen bathroom with large shower no bath.
Bedroom has a good sized double wardrobe with hangers, Apartments cleaned most days except Thursday and Sunday. Pool area with kiddies seperate pool excellent and plenty of sunbeds.
Would recommend these apartments especially to families, the only thing is the beach is a good 15 minute walk but a taxi is only 2-3 euro and the beach is nice. Just remember to hire a fan as there is no air conditioning in the actual apartments.
All in all these apartments are excellent.

This apartment rocked!!! It's fabby!!
You can just walk straight into the centre in about 2 secs (which is great when your stumbling home at night). There's even benches on the way if you feel like a seat! hehe.
Was fab for sunbathing plenty of room either by the pool or on your balcony!!
The food was amazing baked potato's where the best though! and the bingo during tha day was fab, make sure not too miss it!
The hotel staff were funny esp when they tripped over wires.
It was always very clean! On a scale of one to fantastic a would say this hotel was fantastic a love it going back this year too!!
Would recommend it too anyone of any age there's so much too do for everyone as we travelled in a big group of all ages and everyone thought it was fab!! xx

The hotel itself is very very nice, I would recommend to anyone.
The food in the hotel is very good also, we ate there breakfast and lunch most days. the entertainment at night was also very good, a kids party then adult games.
The staff were all very good no probs whatsoever

The Terraza Mar Sun suites are very nice.
They have big rooms and bedrooms with double wardrobe when u first arrive you have to leave your passport but you get this back the next day. You do not have to pay a deposit for the room and safe deposit boxes are

I stayed in Terrazamar Apartments and could not fault them everything was excellent did not have to leave hotel complex everything you needed was there, which was good as we were in middle of a heatwave.
Every member of staff was excellent and apartments were spotless and a good size. Entertainers were all excellent my wee girl at 3 loved them they also had games on for adults and live entertainment was provided few nights a week.
If I went back to Puerto Rico I wouldn't hesitate to go any where else .

Me and my family stayed at the Trezzamar Sun Suites.
We arrived very late in the night and the hotel staff had all keys ready and we went straight to our rooms. Our room was located on the third floor and we were very impressed of the size of the room.
The hotel was pretty lots of plants and a great lay out. The reception area was nice and clean as was the rest of the hotel.
The pool area was great we could always get sun loungers. One of my daughters is only one years old and the baby pool was great for her. There were swings and a little play house.
The only down fall was for us the was the other Trezzarmar with the yellow umbrellas a bit noisey in the evening when were going to bed they seemed to have alot better entertainment than our hotel. Didn't realise we could go to that hotel as well never mind.
I would definitely reccomend this hotel to friends it was a great place to stay overeall.
