In Bitez the Red Dragon restaurant was very very good.

Well, if you stay in the hotel, no problem.
You can do kayak, swimm but for going outside...everything is far away from the hotel.
Bodrum apparently is a noisy and of course full tourists shops. There are many sightseeing tour but you have to do many kilometres.
But I recommand these place for quite holidays (not in public holidays of course)

my resort rating is based on gumbet,its clean,lots of bars,nice beach,not as intense as bodrum and less hassel,a more relaxing place

Just loved Bodrum! There wasn't really a beach so can't rate it.
All the entertainment you could want, just buzzing!
It was very clean, not a much litter at all.
Beautiful views from the Marina at night. The October Yacht Race was starting just a few days before we left, so there were some magnificent Yachts in the Harbour not to mention the street entertainment that had been arranged.
An Excellent resort, very friendly and should be highly rated.

Very very clean any problems were seen to immediately.
The beach was very enjoyable, it had a sense of privacy being a private beach etc. It wasn't the biggest beach in face fairly small but still great.

Bodrum was amazing we never visited it at night as we were only there for a week and didn't get round to it but you can see the lights from the hotel and it looks beautiful.
We visited it in the day and it was lovely with plenty of shops cafes and restaurants! definately worth a visit!.

I have found myself ending up in Bodrum and Turkey whenever I have wanted a holiday in the early or late parts of the season. You are guaranteed (almost) good weather.
I would say do not be scared of Bodrum. It was clean and I think of better standard than its Med Rivals.
There is a fair bit to do in the area - worth a high mark.
Beaches in this part are not going to win awards. The sea is nice in this area though.
Had enough for the time being but can never say never!

Gumbet is great & Bodrum was hetic but I liked it, life is a little easy if u travel around on ur own as they spot a group of westerners a mile off, no bad reports really.... go to Gumbet!!

Bodrum is an amazing place. The first time that we went in to Bodrum was a culture shock, we hadn't expected the large shopping area and the hasseling that we got. But you get used to it and it is fun haggeling for goods. The bars are the best I have been into abroad. Especially FOra, Temple and the barsby the Marina.
Castle is goregous. It is worth a trip to the market!

Stayed in Icmeler/Bodrum. Love Turkey. I would definitley go to Bodrum again.
The nightlife is just enough although we went to bed quite early (around 3am most nights).
Found two or three brilliant places and stuck to them most of the time. Go to The First Stop bar on the beach strip (Bar Street). Brilliant guys, friendly, good food, good service.
The view of the castle at night is lovely and very romantic.
Haggling is fun so please try it if you haven't already done. Don't be afraid to jump on the dolmus, it's about 50p for almost any journey and we actually found a brilliant guy who had what we 'lovingly christened' the 'disco dolmus'.
Bodrum is clean with lots to do, shopping is great with lots of fake designer stuff, restaurants range from cheap an cheerful to lovely 3 courses and bottle wine type places for the more special evenings out.
To end all we can say is "if you havent been, go".....

The resort is very touristy and has lots of cats and bin bags lying around. Dogs and cats roamed what little beach there is and fouled it. Don't go bare foot! Great if you like cheap clothes and handbags but there is very little else there.
