i stayed at these premises for week in october 2007.the room was well equipped and clean,wet room was very slippy however.the balcony of our room faced to the side of the presmises,where there was a petrol station.on three occasions in the week we were awoken by a petrol bowser filling the tanks. the apartments themselves were a hike to the nearest bar and by half way through the week we were exhausted with the walking. we arrived on saturday morning and on monday morning the bar shut as it ran out of of everything.we asked the staff when it would reopen and they told us it wouldnt as it was the end of the season.on tueday morning the whole area was grilled off,the lobby cleared and most of the pool side funiture removed.the hotel was advertised and serving food and having a shop. the shop was closed when we got there and the only food available was crisps,which only last until the bar closed.the staff were generally unhelful.there were some nice people staying and they made the holiday bearable.would i stay there again no,would i go anywhere near anything arranged by first choice holiday group.again no,dredfull holiday.

this hotel has rooms which are spotless but unfortunately the same cannot be said for public areas i sen ame dirt on day we left that had been there when we arrived,the pool surroundings has weeds growing wildly and never seems to be hosed down.

sea dreams is a nice complex but poorly situated on a vey dark dirt road off the beating track.
the room was great had everything you need even a washing machine,but we had problems with a broken shower and i found the reception staff to be very unhelpfull regarding this,very rude indeed.
as for food i ate breakfast everyday there which was ok but evening meal not the best.

One word sums up Sunny dreams FANBLOODYTASTIC.
We loved the room, basic but liveable, staff Toni, Stan etc were great, especially with my son who was 2 1/2 at the time, we had a small problem first couple of nights, as our room was ground floor next to reception where everyone played pool and our bed leaned against the wall where the reception plasma played mtv but was quickly rectified.
Yes its a wee walk from centre, but means ur away from it all if u have kids to consider.
Already booked up for July this year.
See you all there lol.

Well what can I say....we got the total opposite of what we expected ! as soon as we walked through the hotel doors we were stunned, the place was lovely :D
Very clean and the staff were really nice ...especially stan and toni the bar staff :D
rooms were clean and very efficient...with all amenities.
Only thing we didnt like was the walk to the resort centre....only to find n the last day we found a short cut which took us only minutes from all the action :(
wish the rep had told us.
We would definatly return and are already looking to book for next year :D

Pros : The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with a well equiped kitchen i.e: oven, kettle, and toaster, two t.v.'s, with a fair number of channels. Free air conditioning, good maid service, hot water on tap 24/7.
Lovely pool with plenty of sunloungers and plenty of space and decent standard bedding.
The rep Seamus was great, 4+1/2 stars out of 5. Took a 1/2 star off cause he needs to enjoy himself more. Told him I would do that.
Cons : Toilet though modern is dangerous. As wife found out. No non slip floor(tiled) or even a non slip mat. No warning signs either. No repairs carried out to rooms prior to arrival, despite charging previous occupants for damages. Extortionate charges for breakages 5 levs for 1 glass.
If there was an incident staff didn't want to get involved and their English suddenly became poor. Got the impression reception staff either felt intimidated or were too friendly with certain guests and turned a blind eye at times. With better management and repair programme it could become really good apartments.
