Stayed at the lagoon apts, had a really great time, had a large apt set over two floors. Cleaners came in every day to empty the bins and had a change of towels and bed linen once in the week, the cleaner also swept the floors and washed them, most impressed. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

lagoon is a top hotel especially bar staff(alex) etc.we have already booked to go back this august.recommened people to try this lagoon out!!!

the hotel is in a fantastic location to the beach and main strip about a 1 minute walk. its in a quiet area so you dont have the noise of the main strip. swimming pool fairly big and always sunbeds free. the pool area was very clean, cleaned every night. bar staff and receptionist were very freindly and clean. room was big i think we ahd been put in a family room. air condioning was 7 euros a day and the safe was free. was very dissapointed with the cleanest of the room we had paid quite alot for 1 wk therea nd the room was quite dirty. when we arrived it was clean but they only come in the room everyday to change the bins. they dont mop the floor , change the towels or make the beds. so we had to ask the receptionist for clean towels she said 1st choice only pay them to clean the rooms once? when the beds did get made once they didnt actually make them they just left a folded up sheet at the bottom of the bed for you to make the bed.
all in all though we had a great holiday and the dirty room didnt make us enjoy it any less would defiantely reccomend this hotel 4 the location.

Our Holiday was the first week of July and we were very impressed with the Apartments. The room was very very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect as it is just off the strip and near the beach as well. All staff do an excellent job and are always willing to help out. The security boxes at reception are free, air conditioning was 7

Apartments were clean with great space.
Bathroom did need updating but it was very cleam.
We had pool view which was fantastic !
Pool gets clean every night at 7pm !

we have just got back from lagoon apartments..we found its been one of our best holidays,the pool is spotless and is cleaned every night by one of the hard working staff, the staff are amazing .. speros/ alex / denis / stella/ fivva... they cant do enough for you, also paul who puts on the entertainment in the evening ( bingo quiz films karaoke ect) top man..,we met so many lovely people it made our holiday ... we would recomend anyone who is planning to visit lagoon .The strip is just down the bottom of the road and the beach too,The greeks are very friendly people,We are planning to return next year ..

lagoon apartments sidari,just arrived back from the dampest!!! room we have ever stayed in,been to sidari 3 times and loved the resort,this apartment was no 104 and as soon as you walk in you could smell the damp the bed linen felt wet all the time the kitchen is in a terrible state the sink unit was stinking of mould/damp the furniture and bathroom must have been fitted in the 60s the bathroom was a horrible yellow colour which was made worse by the mould on and around the bath .the bar staff,alex dennis and stella were excellent the receptionist was no help and didnt seem to do much and there didnt seem much point in her being there.would go back to the bar and pool area but definatley woulnt stop in the rooms.

We stayed in The Lagoon Studios. The room we stayed in was huge, clean and on ground floor next to the pool. The room had all your basic equipment. The pool area was clean and was cleaned every nite at 7pm. My wee boy was in there from when he got up until the pool closed for cleaning. The reception was handy as they had the free safes which was handy to keep all your important details in. They also had computers which you could use which was great to keep in touch with everyone back home. The receptionist Jess was a great help if you had a problem she would do her best to help try and fix it. The entertainment was in the bar every night and was absoulutly fab as they made you all welcome and tried to include you all in with watever was happening that night. The Bar was always clean and the bar staff - Alex and Dennis were really friendly and going to miss them all hope to go back soon to seee them would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

As normal everything was excellent - only one very small gripe, the bathroom could have been a tad cleaner and also the sink in the kitchen. However, in the scheme of things considering we had yet another brilliant holiday these are minimal. Apartments are a good size and ours overlooked the pool. You never see any litter round the pool or on the stairwells and everything is very well lit come darkness. The Lagoon is excellently positioned for 'Sidaris main strip' and the beach and is always maintained to very high standards. The pool is one of the cleanest we have ever seen in Greece and its nice to know that its cleaned each evening without fail. But of course, the Lagoon wouldnt be the Lagoon without Spiros, Alex, Dennis & Jess, and everyone else. You guys make the holiday everytime and you always go the extra mile. A big thanks to Jess for the greentea, to Jess and Dennis for the LemSips, to Alex for the superglue (dont ask) and to Spiros, for treating us like family-we have only been back 3days and have already booked with the travel agent for next year.

just back from lagoon spent 2 weeks here. we were in room 103 horrible room dirty and damp bed felt damp.the pool area was fantasic spotless, bar area spotless staff very nice. but the room we were in filthy sheet on my bed had 2 cig burns in it and the bathroom dirty 2 pillows only one had pillow slip on it. some of the rooms have been modernised but ours hadnot.we had 3 odd cups and frying pan wants binning good job didn't intend on cooking all i can say been going abroad for 18 years worst room ever been in not cheap iether.
