our holiday was made by george brilliant very nice and chatty.the only thing that i can moan about is the rooms wasnt kept clean dust all over bed head kitchen wasnt wiped once toilet not cleaned in two weeks but apart from that very good holiday.dawn was very helpfull

Not long been back from our holiday to corfu .. were 15 years old and stayed at zafiris apartments were missing it soo much!!.. it was the best holiday ever .. apartment was brill with two bedrooms and a big balconi .. great little place to stay .. great location .. right near the saxaphone bar .. and minutes from the resturants and shops!!..
the staff were amazingggg!!... and will do anythink to make sure you are enjoying your self.. Zafiris Demitrous Yannis Nikki Sprios George made are holiday one too remeber .. they always had a smile on their face considering the amount of hours they work .. it was truley amazing.. entertainment at the saxaphone bar was good .. something different was on every night .. Location of the hotel was excellent short walk too the main beach but a small cove beach was just down the steps which was lovely .. had a lovely big pool .. by far the best in sidari..!! Definatley going back .. was the best holiday ever ..!

this hotel is great for families or young couples. the staff are great and they have fun with you. zafiris is great he has a great laugh with you. george is really nice and so is nicki and demetri. the entertainment in the saxaphone bar is good they have all kinds of things on like hypnotists n quiz's and also sky sports for all tghe football fans. i've been twice now and both times i loved it and the maids make sure ur room is okay for you they ask you and talk to you all the time.It's about 20 min walk to the main strip witch is good for pubs,clubs and shops but if you like shopping go to corfu town its about 1 hour away but you can go on trips to it its great they even have a marks and spencers and real designer shops!!! if you like livley friendly places go here and you will have the time of your life.

Just returned from another fantastic stay at the Zafiris. Well what can I say it was just brilliant it started at 6 am on the saturday morning when 'costas' picked us up as he had heard the coach was going to take another hour from where we were, hows that for customer service.

We were located in room 106 which is the block next to the sax bar room was a 2 bed apt nice and clean air con worked a treat so did the fridge what else did we need!!

We loved it great not having to be up and down the hill all the time and as for noise from the bar well I didn't hear any maybe due to a 'mythos' or 2 in the bar thanks again to George, Nick, Spiros ( my wife loves ya ).

Zafiris and the rest of the staff 150% customer focused you are a credit.

Really looking forward to visiting again next year around sept so see you all then thanks again

I've just retured back from the Zafiris apartments in Sidari 22nd-29th June 2006. It was our 3rd time back to the Zafiris and it was absolutley fantastic rooms were lovley they were cleaned 3 times a week.

Food absolutley fantasic we ate at the Zafirs most nights because the food is brilliant. And as for the staff George, Spiros, Dimitrious, Yanis, Zafiris ect they couldn't do enough for you they are so friendly and will do anything for you.

The Zafiris apartments is in an excellent location because its not far from the town centre or the beach. Will definitely be returning to the Zafiris in the near future.

Got back a couple of weeks ago from this fantastic hotel.

When you arrive at the hotel you are met at the bottom of the hill by a mini bus that takes your suitcases up to the reception area, as you have to walk up a slight hill, once at reception you are taken to your room (not the usual "its in that direction")
The food was superb, and all og the staff bent over backwards to make sure your stay here was first class, waiters coming around the pool taking orders for drinks and food, felt like you were royalty.
The pool was spotless, and safe for children (ours are 12 and 15), had no problems getting sun beds, and all of them are clean and in good working order.
The hotel is very clean, and the one bed apartments have a bedroom upstairs, along with the bathroom, the other 2 beds were in the living room, but loads of room. The rooms were cleaned every day except Sunday. We did wee a few ants, but mentioned this to one of the staff, and the room was sprayed with ant killer within a couple of hours and never saw them again.
The position of the hotel is superb, 30 second walk to Canal D Amour, which is breath taking.
Canal D Amour has quite a few Bars and shops, and is only a 10 miniute gentle stroll into Sadari, which we did most nights.
The entertainment near the resort, we felt was a bit of a let down, as they would advertise the start time as 10pm, but in reallity it was nearer to 11.30pm start time.
Entertainment at the Saxaphone bar, which is part of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, especially the hypnotist, both my wife and son got hynotised, and it was such a laugh.
Would we go back Yes Yes Yes Yes, such a nice people and hotel 10/10

The hotel was clean and fresh, small problems with ants as the kids left sweets lying around but when we sprayed the room with ant killer we solved that problem.

The staff were as friendly as previous years and remembered us all by name. The welcome was fantastic.

Entertainment was great especially the hyptnotist, both my sons went under one the first wee and the other the second week , it was a fantastic both nights.

Weather was fantastic as usual.

Came home again missing everyone but the good thing is we are returning in 8 weeks, thats how good the holiday there is. Also planning a group holiday with friends for next year as they want to see it for themselves.

If a holiday full of relaxation and friendly atmosphere then this is the place.

stayed at zafiris apartments in may 2007, and loved it.
we stayed in a room with sea and pool view, which i would recommend. it says there's a supplement for this on the website but when i went to pay it didn't seem to charge extra! it was situated opposite the restaurant so a little noise at night, but i still slept (i'm a very light sleeper).

we did have a ant problem though!we woke up the first morning to, what i could only describe as, a generation of ants! they were all over the floor, in our shoes,everywhere! some were on our bed because the duvet touched the floor!the bathroom as well, so my boyfriends swimming shorts had ants in his pants! we had to hang things on the metal poles in bathroom, since that's the only thing ants can't get to! I've never seen so many ants all at once before, it was scary! but once we got some ant killer it was under control, plus the maid came daily except Sundays so that helped. except for ants, everything was fine.

for some reason we didn't go to the hotels restaurant, pool or the saxaphone bar! so can't comment on that. we just went exploring other hotels pools as they were open to everyone.

the hotel is in a good location, about 10-15mins walk to the shops, bars and restaurants.

the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Barbie the receptionist was how people said she is (nice and friendly) but the first choice rep wasn't! my suitcase was damaged so we asked her for advice, she wasn't helpful at all, probably thought it was too much hassle so she told us to leave it!

one advice,don't go on excursions with first choice they were a rip off! you can get the exact same tour with the local travel agents for half the price! when you come out of the hotel, turn right walk down abit and there should be one there. the lady there was really nice.

all in all, good holiday. this was the first holiday i enjoyed (i'm quite fussy)! another thing, remember to use insect repellent when sleeping though, i forgot to one night then woke up the next morning with 10 bites on my legs!still got the marks ten months later!

The hotel was shabby and worn out. Dirty pathways, grubby smelly bathrooms.

Water from bath came up drain in front of toilet. One toilet roll provided per fortnight. Broken steps on marble stairs. Flooding into apartments during storms -under doors, down walls,over lights and onto stairs. Air conditioning units stank.

Pool generally clean but surface frequently covered in dead flies. No pool shower provided to rinse off sand etc from beach before entering pool. Walkways to beach in bad state of repair. Broken slats, exposed nails and rusty metal. Dangerous for anyone with small children.

Ants in the apartment and cleaners did not carry ant spray which we feel is unusual in this type of climate. Requested rep to organize antspray - still waiting.

No hot water in the apartment for 12 days despite numerous complaints. I was made to feel bad for expecting my family to be able to wash every day.

Saxophone bar play area drenched and disgusting in wet weather when it is most needed. Entertainment commenced far too late. A magic show which my children would have enjoyed did not even start till 10pm. Far too late.

The hotel was on the edge of Sidari, quite a few noisy bars in close proximity. You could hear the music from various bars till quite late and we went late season.

This was not the hotel of our choice. We were relocated by First Choice. I believe it to be best suited to people who like to party by night and lay by the pool all day. Definitely not a peaceful resort.

Reception hours not good 9am til 1pm then 5pm - 9pm. Final day bags had to be left in the Saxophone bar! No courtesy room or shower.

Mickaela who ran the kids club was delightful. My children 6yrs and 9yrs adored her. A life saver when we suffered four days of torrential rain. George, Spiros, Zafiris, the chef etc were superb. Friendly without being pushy, and very helpful. Food was good although more expensive than restaurants in Sidari.

We stayed at Zafiris apartments for 1 week in august. Was the best holiday we have had.

We had a lovely apartment, lovely sea view just a couple of seconds from the pool, very clean and great service from the maid every day, very friendly!

The hotel staff were fantastic, couldn
